Walgreens on Happy Valley Road & 67th avenue. They have the worst customer service specially at the pharmacy most of the crew has no experience how to deal with the customers

In April.2023 I picked up my usual meds which my pain management prescribed every month since my fourth spinal surgery. The pharmacist came from behind the counter in front of all the other customers to discuss why and how he planned to cut my meds down. I was so embarrassed I just left. In May he did just that even when the management team of multiple people ensured me that everything would be fine and I would be able to fill my prescription as the dr ordered. He stated in front of everyone to me I don’t care what anybody say I am still going to lower her meds. And he did my final manager Bob informed me that I could accept the pharmacist decision to humiliate me or go somewhere else. I know this was allowed to be done to me because of the area in which I live in East Orange and the color of my skin. I know I am not the only one he has done this to because he was to cocky in what and how he did it. I am still shook up and dazed by it all I would like to sue Walgreens for violating my rights. If anyone know of anyone who will take my case let me know.

I went to pick up a migraine drug for my son straight from his ER visit. Insurance would not cover it because it wasn’t sent through his primary doctor it was sent straight from the ER doctor. The lady at the counter helped me by giving me QR code for a coupon which was huge the price went from $83 to $21. After putting in the code they said to come back in 20 minutes but when we did they said they were out of the drug and wouldn’t have it 3 days which my son couldn’t wait. They called a close Walgreens who had it in stock so I sent my husband to pick up the medicine. He got home and the charged him full price even though the coupon was in the Walgreens system. When I called they said sorry you left the premises so we can’t refund you even though it’s our faul! Horrible customer service!! The original Walgreens told me that they could and are able to refund the money but this location refused.

Walgreens commercials are now in Spanish. This is the United States of America and our country’s language is English and people need to learn it. I will not be shopping at Walgreens anymore.

I've been trying to complete my shingles shot series. I made an appointment the other day and, after 45 min, was told it could be another hour. I made another appointment for today and waited almost an hour. This is not a fault of my local store. They need more staff. Upper management has failed!

Walgreens is selling fake used gift cards and not refunding your money. Please do not buy any gift cards from them. I hope I am anot the only one

I used to shop at Walgreens all the time. Even though prices are higher than places like Walmart, they always had good coupons. Most places are switching to apps to make shopping easier. Not Walgreens! They require you to try to clip tiny coupons on your phone that only show a tiny portion of the name and pictures you cannot see on a phone when in the store on your phone. It is so frustrating that the last 2 times I just gave up. So is this the plan? Show decent prices with coupons you can’t use so you just give up and pay full price. After shopping here for years and years I’m done with Walgreens!!! I will go to a store that makes it easy to use coupons or just use Amazon. Nice job of driving customers away!

I just relocated to columbia sc from nc a few months ago i been with walgreens for years but i must say its time for me to switch it up im not satify with walgreens anymore they gotta get it together they dont try to work with you no kind of way.
