Walgreens pharmacy staff appear to think that you have nothing better to do with your time than stand in line and wait for them. Twice now I have left the store in exasperation without my prescriptions because I’d been waiting so long. Surely, the service can be better that what it currently is, is it really so difficult to put someone else on the counter when there are a few people waiting?

Walgreens has gone to a no refund policy on gift cards and I know why. I have been a loyal Walgreens customer for 40 years. I buy gift cards for my grandkids. In the last month, I purchased 2 $25 Roblox gift cards that did not work when refeemed. I noticed that the clerks are now reminding customers that there are no refunds on gift cards. I did not think much of it since I purchase them all the time. Now the kids are disappointed when they do not work and I am out the money. Obviously there are issues with the cards. Someone from Walgreens should check out the problem. Meanwhile, I will no longer spend the $500 per year buying gift cards from them!!

Slowest worst service around!

Not even a 1/5. I would have rated 0 if I could have. I ordered online a custom print for my business card on June 15th and they said that the estimated delivery will be the 19th. The 19th passed with no update on the order. I called the store and they kept transferring me to other people and nobody knew anything. I called customer service and they stated that since the 16th FedEx printed a label but the order never was received. It shouldn’t take so long to print something off and if they had an issue they should have called instead of going around the corner. Shame on Walgreen. There live chat people were the worst smh. The first live chat person was so nice. I would have given him a 5/5. The second one asked me one thing and I answered then she ended the chat. That was disrespectful. The third one had an attitude the whole time. I had my order resubmitted but to go through all of this is crazy. Never again. If it doesn’t come by the 27th we are going to have a problem.

Every time each month or every 90 days they cannot find my prescription in their system and refuse to give me my refills that are pending. If it is due on the 15th and they refuse to fill it until doctor or I complain so much I am losing Days on the prescription that I take for the last 49 years. They never fill it on the real due date. Walgreens is causing much stress to all the people not just me.

Walgreens pharmacy is the worst pharmacy in all of Illinois!! They were short on my medication so they gave me part of my pills and said the rest would be here in three weeks so I called they had NOT ordered my medicine. The pharmacist told me it’s too expensive and they don’t keep it around, but they should’ve ordered it I said, but he wouldn’t answer that question so now I have to go somewhere else to get my medicine the rest of it because Walgreens couldn’t do their job right again. Walgreens is horrible people don’t go to Walgreens don’t go to Walgreens.

Walgreens on route 50 in Wilton, omg what a joke! This month called to c if my script was ready, this is what I got “ pharmacy is closed today” period nothing else, no explanation, no information on how I can get my script that day, just “closed” OMG! How does this store stay in business, they just can’t keep their staff, the pick up window is closed more then it is open! I even called the Walgreens in Saratoga west Ave, but the can’t fill my script because it was called into Walgreens on rte 50! They for some reason, can’t hold on to their staff, so they hurt their customer! Who does that Only Walgreens. WTH!

I really wish I could give 1/5 of a star. It's crazy how you have to stand in line to drop off your prescriptions. The drive through line was wrapped around the corner and the inside was no better. It's been like this 3 days straight. I still have my prescription waiting to drop it off when I see shorter lines. I sure do miss rite aide‼️
