Paypal works but Walgreens basic confirmation of paypal payment does not. After spending the better part of an hour trying to order 3 items by clearing 2 browser histories and caches, speaking with 4 Walgreen reps, one who hung up on me, I was forced to abandoned it. Also there was no way to add my reward.

My daughter wanted to print pictures from her special day but when we got them they were extremely blurry. 2/10 experience. The pictures we ordered were not blurry at all (they were taken by a photographer) I am very very disappointed, I will not be ordering any more pictures from here !!

Walgreens 920 Hamilton Street, Somerset, NJ. Weird unprofessional customer service. This store has all these young guys working in there and they are distracted and unprofessional. They don't greet you well or make you feel valued. They look unapproachable and body language doesn't present well. Lamont at photo treated me like I was trying to steal something when I attempted to return a product WITH the required receipt. He was off-putting and condescending when speaking to me. NONE of the staff had on Name tags. I had to ask for names. The registers are always broken/down. The parking lot looks filthy and there are always beggars at the front entrance. The ONLY reason I gave 2 stars is because I did have ONE positive experience with a young man named Stephan. The rest of the staff needs BETTER TRAINING and customer service skills.

I’m tired of Walgreens constantly late with refills Its taking days to get popular drugs filled. As a former Wag pharmacist; I’m quite disappointed in the direction of the company. Hire more people at a better wage and return to your old self!

Praying the TRUCK has my husbands medication on it today. This day 3 (Feb 9th) my husband is without his medication. Went from 3 pills a day to zero. He is begining withdrawal and in extreme pain. I have called the other pharmacies in our county as I was TOLD I COULD by your employee. Ashe,NC store. ( no, they did not offer to help locate. I know not part of their job but would have been nice to offer.) I have also known for one store to call another branch and check...that was not offered either!! well,Today I learned after speaking to the other 5 pharmacies State/Federal Law ALLOTS a certain amount of control substances to the pharmacy for those REGULAR CUSTOMERS who NEED THEIR MEDICATION and Those pharmacies do NOT take on new customers for any ALLOTTED medication. They were also able to look at their computers and see if back ordered,out of stock,or what day it was being delivered. *Why is it walgreens don't know anything? *Why doesn't walgreens do right by regular monthly customers that those government ALLOTED meds are for?? I do know the government is a big pain in butt on much of it...however ALLOTTED amounts should be easy to order. The monthly data needed for regular customers , amount,and dates needed all in computer. 7 years a customer ( started at rite aid transferred to walgreens when you bought out ) ,every month prescriptions pick up. REG. LOYAL CUSTOMER... NOT IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO BE COUNTED IN THE REGULATED ALLOTED MONTHLY NEEDED MEDICATION. we drive 30 minutes to get to town. Time and $ in fuel this month the added bonus of husbands pain and suffering. This is such ridiculous bs. Today I actually heard empathy and concern in the voices of other pharmacy employees as well as HOW THEIR LOYALTY TO REGULAR CUSTOMERS ARE. It made me miss Rite Aid even more. BTW the company website complaint email does not work, neither does complaint form through customer service through actual company. The 800 # is only way but takes forever and a day or longer....I gave up and chose here instead. :). But I did try to go straight to the company before public.

We've been a customer of the Franklin,Virginia store for 16 years. We've been using the exact same prescriptions and doses of each throughout that entire time. The Franklin, Virginia store had zero quality control, because it's extremely rare when I can call a refill in and pick the meds up, completely filled and in a timely manner. I am tired of partial fills for me and my son every single time a refill is ordered. I am tired of trying to pick up the remainder as promised by the store, only to be told prescriptions still aren't ready. It's downright ridiculous. I am tired of attitudes of some of the staff, when I show my disapproval of their inaction. I am tired of their not filing my prescription, if the copay is above a certain amount, because they want to be sure I can pay for it. Hello, check my chart in your system. I always pay for it. They appear to experience high turnover of employees, which could be part of the problem, but customers shouldn't have to pay for that with inconvenience. I'm waiting right now for the completion of a partial that was called in 6 days ago and promised to be filed no later than 2 days ago. I am tired of having to make multiple trips to the store for the same prescriptions, because of partial fills. Get it together Franklin, Virginia Walgreens!

Trying to refill prescriptions with your automated service is like pulling teeth. Please do something about this. Lately I also have problems trying to pick up prescriptions. I am switching pharmacies.

I’ve been using WALGREEN as my pharmacy for over five years at the Community Plaza in New Castle, DE. I never had problems with my medication, but there were times that I needed to go to the bathroom and I wouldn’t even allow my dog to go to it. In the 5yrs, I’ve had to use the restroom several times and it always look the same, nasty. For this place to be about medication cleanliness keeping yourself healthy it’s not the place to have to go to the restroom. It’s a shame that no one’s assigned to keeping it clean on a daily basis.The bathroom is a mess. It’s stinks and it smells this bathroom is for the staff and public. It’s a disgrace that you go in and needing to go to the bathroom knowing you have to wait sometime for your prescriptions and it looks the way it does. Somebody needs to be responsible every day to clean it as if it’s your own house. Very disappointing
