The worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. The pharmacist was rude and unhelpful in every way.

Walgreens is the worst pharmacy ever!!! I was so tired of the incredibly poor service that I contacted “customer service.” They apologized and stated that someone would contact me. It has been over a month and nothing! Once again, poor service. I’ve had it! I am looking for a good, not even great, pharmacy and I am willing to drive to Dallas for it and I HATE driving in traffic!!!

I didn't have any problems refilling my (very important) prescriptions until I installed the app and started using that. Now it's constant delays and I need to call my doctor about one of my prescriptions every single time. I've gone five days without my meds and am going into withdrawal. Going to look for a new pharmacy.

After ordering photos from slides l was told it would be about $20 fora CD and prints. When l picked them it was over $29 and no prints. When l asked about the price and no prints I was told I would need to see the manager the next day. When l came back he, a guy named Crowe, wouldn’t even come see me,He sent one of his flunkies. Weak, sorry management! CVS here l come.

This has gotten to be the worst pharmacy ever! They advertise my store to be open 24 hours. It’s closes at 7:00 now and today they closed and could not fill or transfer any prescriptions due to electricity issues. Walgreens left me in a bind and would not transfer my prescription, leaving me in really terrible shap tonight. Walgreens does not care about its Customers and did nothing to react to their failure to fill everyone’s much needed prescriptions.

If you don't mind a pharmacy team that not only won't deliver your prescription to you, they also will have no clue or concern why your prescription vanished then the pharmacy clown troupe at the 900 Springfield Commons Dr Raleigh, NC 27609 location is for you!

Went to Walgreens pharmacy to pick up one pill for my wife. She was getting an MRI and she is very claustrophobic. The store manager was actually the representative that I interacted with. To cut a long story short, he started out telling me that they didn't have it. I told him Walgreens had called us and sent us an email telling us it was ready to pick up. And so it started. Eventually, they told me "ok but it would cost over $10." I was surprised at the price because in the past it had been very cheap. In any case, I needed the pill so I told him I would pay the amount he quoted. Another 10 minutes later, he came out from the pharmacist's area and told me they didn't have the pill. This was after 30 minutes of haggling. So, had the doctor send the prescription to CVS. Went to pick it up there and paid 1 cent for it. Yes, one cent! I was in and out in about 7 minutes. What is going on at Walgreens. It seemed like to store manager had a vendetta against me. However, I had never seen him before.
