Their selection on OTC drug items is a joke. Plus their prices on these items is double those of Kroger or Tom Thumb. I stopped using their pharmacy years ago due to long lines, bad employee attitude, non-existent customer service. Years ago when they still claimed to develop 35mm film I dropped off a roll. They gave me the undeveloped film back, it was shredded all to pieces. How could they improve? The best way they could improve at this point is to go out of business. I honestly don’t understand how they make a profit.

I had my passport photo taken at my local Walgreens so I knew it was done properly…WRONG. The photo was not correct causing a delay in processing my passport. I had to reschedule my trip costing me nearly $1000 in fees. When I went to the location to tell them what had happened, they were aware of the issue because the employee who took the photo had been doing it wrong the whole time. They reassured me that he no longer worked there which is no consolation to my pocketbook!! Their inability to properly train and supervise has cost me a lot of money. Go somewhere else if you want it done right!

I've been doing Walgreens week for my tik Tok, and after some viewers reached out with questions I looked at my account and realized none of the orders gave back what they tell you when you check out the Walgreens cash will be. It is usually 10-15 dollars less. So I called and they confirmed that what it tells you you'll get back is not what you will actually get back, and that if you use coupons it takes the final order amount not the total (which it doesn't say when you order anywhere and still shows you as getting the full Walgreens cash amount). I placed five orders today where it said I would get back 34.10 cash each time and got back about 8.00 on each of those. Have recommended to my followers to stop participating in the scam and I won't be couponing or shopping here again.

MADE US GO HOME TO LOCATE A TRACKING NUMBER TO PICK UP A PACKAGE (THAT FEDEX DID NOT INDICATE WOULD BE NEEDED, ONLY ID) THEN DIDNT EVEN ASK MY HUSBAND FOR IT WHEN WE GOT BACK AND RELEASED THE PACKAGE TO HIM (MY NAME IN IT)!!!!!

Worst place in Branford , CT. Staff declined to find items . Feel like I enter a wrong place for purchase . The answer from the staff when I ask for a hair item ‘ hey this is the place - you look for it- if it is here it is here - that’s it., why ? Staff use AirPods and speak Ian’s don’t have time to attend the customer. What a nasty place .

I placed a refill for two prescriptions this past Friday. Today is Wednesday and I had to call to get a status since it was a medication I had run out of. They said oh, it just came in…. It will be read in 30 minutes. I gave them an hour. I arrived to pick up window 30 minutes ago with 3 cars ahead of me. I am still sitting here with 2 cars ahead of me…… the pick up window should be pick up and go…… this is crazy and not good customer service.
