I tested positive for Covid. Had prescription for paxlovid. I was very sick. 101 fever. Went with mask. Not from here so had to get myself. I waited. Do you know they made me sit there over 30 minutes before telling me they didn’t have it. I didn’t have strengh to go anywhere else. If I get worse that’s on them.

What happened to the pharmacy??? My prescription for amoxicillin was in by 2:00. It’s 6:30 and it’s not ready. In the worst pain from an abscessed tooth. What happened to the prescription being ready in 30 minutes?? I’ll never have a prescription sent to Walgreens again.

I went to Walgreens to pick up my blood pressure medication. When I arrived the stated that they have a new procedure and my medication would be ready tomorrow. I explained to the person at the window My doctor stated if I didn’t get this medication today I will be forced to go to the emergency department. He again stated it was nothing he could do. I left and had to report to the ER. I spent 6 hours in the ER getting a whole work up in order to get my medicine. The next day I called at 11am to ask if my medicine had arrived and the lady that answered the phone stated that it was there and once they process it in I would get the notification on my phone. I asked her if she could just make sure it was there and I would wait if not I would have my doctor use another pharmacy. The lady stated she would check the manifest. When she came back to the phone she stated that my name was not up there, she then stated she pulled my prescription and now she can fill it. Please tell me why they couldn’t do this yesterday????????

these people suck so bad like i was just trying to return some sodas because i had noticed that i had bought them EXPIRED and they said i couldn’t return them at the store because “i hadn’t bought them there” when i actually did. and i told them to look at the cameras cause i didn’t have my receipt and they completely refused. y’all suck.

I used to be an avid Walgreens shopper before the pandemic. Prices were good and they had good deals for loyal shoppers. My favorite local store has become a nightmare. But the corporate policy is also insane. I don't know why I continue to punish myself by shopping at this franchise. What went wrong this time? I looked online to see what Walgreens was charging for Scrubbing Bubbles. It did NOT say "online only". I went to the store to get the item and it was $0.30 higher at the register. The manager insisted he could not do anything for me while I was standing there ready to buy said product in hand, along with other products and a propane tank exchange. He said Walgreens corporate wants to push customers into online order/curbside pickup, and the lower online pricing is for that reason only. I set the item down along with the other items and told him I will go somewhere else out of principle. So, I went next door to Winn Dixie, bought the same item for $0.20 LESS than Walgreens so-called online price. (I bought two and saved a dollar) In addition, I got my tank exchanged for $2.00 less than Walgreens' price. I made out like a bandit because Walgreens wouldn't honor a thirty-cent online price difference (Which I would have had to pick up anyway). The Walgreens manager even went as far as saying I could order it online as I was standing there. So, for the time it would take to login and enter my card details, I was done at Winn Dixie AND saved three dollars over Walgreens' prices. Walgreens is SO out of touch it's pathetic. BTW, I don't have the Walgreens app installed on my phone because it constantly runs in the background.

Ridiculous 40$ price for a photo collage made of 8x10 picture glued on top of awooden plate. Really??

The customer service is horrible and if you need a script for something major, you could die waiting on hold!
