Walgreens subscribed to the philosophy that the customer is always wrong. They refuse to stop sending my prescriptions to central fulfilment even I have run out of blood pressure medication. I am 67 years and they card me for cigarette purchases. They refuse to change these ridiculous corporate policies.

Your auto robot voice is the worst ever!!! Please stop telling me, “I’m sorry but we’re very busy…bla BLA BLA” I KNOW!!! Just put us on hold and stop talking with that moronic robot!

To whom it may concern I have a debit card and every time I have to put money on the debit card which I do every couple of weeks 300 400 500 they actually want my ID and they take a picture of my ID I am not stealing money from the card I am putting money on the card why do they need my driver's license my photo ID I mean this is ridiculous this is a Walgreens Pharmacy store this is not a Fifth Avenue hotel I mean this is ridiculous now there's only one lady who does it all the time and I can't tell you how many times my card was stolen the number and everything else this is ridiculous Walgreens is a there's no reason for them to get your ID if you don't have a credit card if you're putting money on a card that's not their business to have your picture ID you're putting money on a card you're not stealing on the card you're not using the card to buy anything you're putting money on it I'm sorry I think it should be against the law and it's ridiculous it's the only place that ever does it to me is Walgreens every time you go there they never have anything on the shelves there's never anybody at the register to the worst place to ever go pissed off customer

The Walgreens on Lexington in Missouri City Texas is horrible. Worst pharmacy service. Moved all my prescriptions to a food chain. Don’t recommend Walgreens to anybody. And they don’t even care . A public company who cares about the quarterly earnings.pharmacists don’t care if you stay with Walgreens or leave. Been with the same Walgreens for at least 15 years and our family fills about 30 prescriptions a month. The pharmacist did not even try to keep me he acted like please transfer prescription. This is the way it is these days with most things. Hope my experience with the privately owned food chain will be better.

I went to Walgreens today to pick up some oragel because I had some horrible tooth pain. NORMALLY it cost between $4-$5 for a tube. Today I was shocked that it was with tax over $12!!!! I’m furious because of this! But it was when I got home and opened the box to get the tube out and was just LIVID to see the tube is now HALF THE SIZE!!! I could NOT believe it! SO, your going to MORE than double the price and cut the amount in half??? I’m boycotting your company and splashing this on every social media platform I can find to WARN everyone about your products!! I’m also putting this on the Walgreens reviews, trust pilot etc. everyone I can find and I’ll never purchase anything that’s made and sold by you again!! You know what you can do with that extra $6-$8 you robbed me out of?? Think creative ok :( smh! Btw it’s Church and Dwight that puts this out just fyi!!

The pharmacy in Arnold, Mo Vogel is terrible. Years ago, I change all my prescription's to CVS because of the rude people and lack of having presciption's ready after days of having them. I never had a problem after changing to CVS. Recently I change back to Walgreens because we are moving to a small town and I thought I would give Vogel location another try and low and behold the same problems. My presciption was called in by doctor at 6:30 in the morning . When I went to pick it up at 3:30 after sitting in car line for 20 minutes the girl told me that i would have to pick it up the next day because they did not have any. I told her I was out of medicine. After confiding with Pharmacist he all of a sudden found some pills but said it would take another 30 minutes to fill. I sat another 40 minutes before I went up to the window and ask if my medicine was ready. Finally it was ready but what was funny to me is that the whole manufacturer bottle was inside one of the Walgreens bottle. I am thinking first they told me they had none then it took another 40 minutes to put a bottle of 90 pills in another bottle. I am torn . I think i will drive further to avoid Walgeens all together since reading all the negative reviews. s

They never have what I need but always text or email that it’s ready….customer service sucks…I wish I could go back to Rite Aid…but Insurance says I have to use Walgreens…..another scam
