Walgreens pharmacy is unable to complete phone orders in the time they say. Call it in and it's never ready at the given time.

This Walgreens will not answer there phones. When they do they ask if you can hold than the phone will ring 5 or 6 times and they put you on hold over and over again. They don't give all your prescription on the same day. You go pick up 1 prescription than in 2 or 3 days they call again about another one. A few days later again they call for another one. Why they can't give you all your prescription at the same day I don't know. They really suck.

Walgreens in Starkville, Miss is simply the worst ever. If you shop at Walgreens, change to CVS in Starkville. I was treated horribly by the Pharmacist and a staff member. I reported it to cooperate office; and have yet to hear back from them. I decided to go to CVS and they were so helpful and polite.

Placed an online order for free delivery. Got an email saying the order was delayed. Checked online and found out the order had been canceled by the courier. Contacted customer support and was told that the courier (Doordash) could cancel at their discretion. Told the rep that Walgreens is unreliable and was told that they weren't that it was the courier's fault but they had no information on why the order was canceled. I repeated my statement that Walgreens was unreliable.

The pharmacy tech was so rude. If my insurance did not require I use Walgreens I would move all my business. The 98th and Gibson location in Albuquerque

This for Walgreens in Chantilly, VA. I ordered a prescription and arrived to check on it. Not only was it not ready but they hadn't received any prescriptions that entire day due to their system being down. They said they "hoped" the system might be back up by the end of the next day (Sunday). That's a long time to wait for a prescription that you really need! I am very upset by this. I came an hour before closing to allow time for any delays and did not expect total system shutdown. Also their phones were down so they told me I could try to call the next day to check on the prescription but might not get through due to that outage. They also couldn't transfer the prescription to a different location because they hadn't received anybody's prescriptions that day. I couldn't request the doctor to send the prescription elsewhere because it was a weekend. I should have sent it somewhere other than Walgreens. I just didn't know totally useless this place would be. The website and text ways to check on the prescription also didn't help-both show nothing. This is letting down your customers.
