It's convenient but at what cost?
I honestly can't believe they're still in business. We're lucky enough to have a few solid employees in Hood River. But if they're not there then you're made to feel like an inconvenience all around. Management has no idea what to do about anything ever and they're not interested in helping you find a solution either. It's not until I call corporate that I get anywhere. The pharmacist scare me. If they bother to look at the prescription they're giving you their consult is less than comforting. I think the guy needs to retire. All of the pharmacy staff are great though. It's just the pharmacists that really seem to have checked out. I dread going into that store every time which sucks, because I'm disabled and it's right behind my house and very convenient. The products they sell are junk most the time. And trying to get a return is not even worth it. It's really unfortunate.
