The worst pharmacy there is. I would never recommend any wal greens pharmacy. They see always understaffed. Rude. I don't see why people stay with them. Prices are usually higher also than CVS and Wal Mart

Their hydrogen peroxide is not effective just like target. Safeway is better!

I scheduled a vaccination online for 9:40 a.m. Saturday morning. The first slot available at 9:30 a.m. was already taken, but I got there at 9:30 anyway to fill out remaining paperwork before the 9:40 appointment. I noticed other people sitting and waiting, apparently walk-ins. I expected to be called at 9:40, but instead all of the walk-ins were called in one by one before my 9:40 time. Finally, 45 minutes late I was called in for my vaccination. What is the point of scheduling a time slot when the pharmacy staff don't pay any attention to it? This was at the Walgreen's on East Greenville Street, Anderson, SC 29621. Well, I certainly won't schedule my vaccines there any more or order medicines either. The local Ingles Pharmacy is much more professional. I'll go there.

The store at 63rd and Troost in Kansas City, MO is AWFUL. They're understaffed, the management is poor at best. One day I was on hold for 45 minutes with the pharmacy and there were 4 people ahead of me. I hung up. It takes the pharmacy days to get a script ready even if it's been there for over 2 days. They never have carts or carry baskets. One afternoon they were actually closed! Walgreens never closes. There is no particular day...it's everytime I am in there. Well never again.

This site is cluttered and difficult to navigate. Prescriptions are side lined by merchandizing promotions and my medication information is not in sync with the Walgreens app. Vaccination consent forms filled in online (for "convenience") never make it to my pharmacy and I have to fill in the paperwork - AGAIN - every time I arrive for my appointment. Very discouraging. This has been the case for several years.

Walgreen’s Middleburg, Fl - cty rd 218 and Blanding Blvd My script for my pain medication was turned in a week prior to when I need it. The day came for my refill to be ready, they said it is delayed. Then, it was delayed again. Then, it was due to arrive today, Oct 5, 2023. I just called. Now it’s delayed until Monday. No APOLOGIES! No CONCERN IN THE LADY’S VOICE. I ASKED HER ‘What am I supposed to do now? She said, ‘call you dr and ask it to be filled elsewhere!’ I also told her ( I have written two prior reviews about they treat me), ‘I do have some questions and please, I’m asking politely . The last time I tried to talk to someone there, they put me on blast and suggested that I may be overtaking my medication.’ I said, ‘My script was turned in a week prior to when it’s due. Did someone who does your ordering fail to order it or what is happening?’ Her reply was,’ We no longer order in-house but are on an ordering system through corporate. We have no control over ordering anymore.’ I asked, ‘ may I ask you what am I supposed ot do now, go through withdrawals?’ Her response, ‘You can call your physician and have them place the script through somewhere else. ‘ NO APOLOGIES. NO CONCERN! NONE CARING ATTITUDE! Her tone was, ‘ OH WELL, SUCKS TO BE YOU!’ She did not it say that, but I heard it in her voice. These people yell at you or berate you when you have a concern and call in. This store should be shut down or get a new Pharmacist or whomever is running that Pharmacy should be fired. They treat sick people like we’re criminals. And I for one am sick of them. The ONLY reason we go to them is because they are 1 mile from our home and they have drive through p/u. In other words, they are convenoent. Walmart is nearby, but farther away and they don’t have curb service. You have to physically go in and stand in line. My husband said we need to change pharmacies. I am leaning towards doing just that! Walgreens YOU SUCK! Thank you so much for not caring, not making phone calls to whomever is supposed to,supply your medications and STAND UP FOR SICK PEOPLE WHO NEED OUR MEDICATION! But, THEY DONT! If your goal was to make us more frustrated and sick I would give you 5 stars for being successful. Just horrible excuses for horrible experiences. For some reason, the system keeps getting worse with each passing year. At this point filling a prescription is slightly easier than making the medicines myself, but not by much. I am taking my business elsewhere. Just terrible. I am constantly running out of my medicine no matter how much time I give. I’ve been on it for years and still it’s a surprise every month somehow. If the system in 1986 was superior to this… why did you change it? Get it together. Just horrible.

I don’t understand why Walgreens customer service hasn’t been revamped by now. My experience with 2 stores are horrible. Pharmacy Technicians give conflicting information from the call center to the store itself. Medications are not ready on time, I’ve experienced waisted trips for pick up, and a lot of dishonesty.
