I will never go to Walgreens again. There's like one person working in the entire store check out takes more than 20 minutes. Prices are out of control which I believe are price gouging. The pharmacy is completely useless and even though orders are phoned in by the doctor they're often not available for many days and there's no notifications. I'm going to Amazon for my prescriptions.

I have a $100 Walgreens gift card that says it's good at Walgreens.com, but they only have a place for credit cards at the payment stage of ordering. Spent hours in chats, email and on the phone and nobody can help. Last email was told gift cards are not good for shipping, even though card specifically says good at Walgreens.com. What good is a card you can't use. Is this a scam?????

So I get all these alerts my medication is ready get there they are not ready after waiting in line for over 30 minutes the drive is not working. This Walgreens is the worst only one employee and the pharmacist working this is everyday. They need to do better oh yeah I can come back later and wait more time for medication. People need their medication pharmacies need to do better under staffed and unprofessional.

Worst pharmacy ever. Pain meds never in stock. We have to stop in a week before the script is to be filled to make sure they order it. Even then they drop the ball. Glastonbury, CT MAIN ST location is the absolute worst. I can't believe they are still in business. 😡😡👶 And this is ongoing. Not just on the date I mention here. Maddening.

The pharmacy at the Pontchartrain Dr Slidell La location does not have any idea of what customer service is. They are unfriendly, not helpful, and just have a general attitude that they don't care and it's as if they would rather not be bothered by you or your business. They wouldn't let me drop off a prescription because it can't be filled until tomorrow. I asked if anything else was or could be filled and she said she needed the med's names, when I tried to give her the names she didn't want to know and wouldn't respond with an answer. They just have a terrible attitude at this store.

I called Walgreens at US1 & Cove Rd. To be sure they had the senior FluZone vaccine in stock... made an appointment for 2 hours later... only to arrive and find out they didn't have it... and hadn't had it for several days. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! I ask the pharmacist what the difference was between it and the Flu-ad (as I was not able to find the info on line). She couldn't tell me what the difference was... and even after reading the insert... she couldn't tell me what the "adjunct" was... Why would anyone let someone jab You with something they have no idea what it is??? No wonder so many were hurt from the covid jabs!!! BEYOND FRUSTRATING that I went to the bother to research the Flu shot I wanted... and then call ahead... make the appointment... fill out the paperwork on line... then get there and find I had been lied to! And for those who would say... "it was an honest mistake"... people die every month from medical mistakes!!! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE !!!

Warning do not use this pharmacy. I had prior authorization to pick my medication up 2 days early due to my sister who has stage 4 brain cancer an I was supp to leave yesterday to be there this morning to take her to try an get the fluids removed off her brain witch is throwing her in to horrible seizures. Me an my doc take the time to get prior authorization but because the pharmacist is on a power trip I was not able to leave on time an due to that my sister was home alone an no way to get to the hospital. The kids came home an found her from having a seizure unconscious in the floor when she was supp to be at the hospital but did not make it due to this pharmacy. I had prior authorization now I have to take time to make sure this pharmacy does not hurt another family cuz she's on a power trip an don't want to do her job. They think they just discriminate against people an think their will be no consequences to their actions so I will make sure to follow through with the lawyer to make sure she doesn't hurt another family like they did mine by completely ignoring my prior authorization saying no one can make her fill it. No they can't at the time so I will be taking legal actions. My sister had a seizures the next morning I was supp to be there instead the kids find her with her face split open from having a seizure an falling hitting her face on the chair. This should have never happened I should of been there but due to someone on a power trip discriminating against me for no other reason then her thinking I'm lower class cuz I'm on medicaid so she thinks she don't have to do her job correctly resulting in my sister getting hurt an the kids finding her like that all cuz the pharmacist don't want to do her job. Had no reason to ignore my prior authorization witch was put in place for a reason. Now I have to drag this through the courts witch I should not have to be doing this cuz they have someone on a power trip not filling perscriptions on time with the prior authorization. Plus the time I'm about to have to spend at the lawyers due to this. Scary to think someone can hold ur prescribed medication ranson an dispense them when they feel like it instead of when it's supposed to be filled. Me an my doc took the time to get prior authorization just for a pharmacist on a power trip to refuse to fill them. This should not be a thing an now I have my sister with her face split open when I should of been there. Have call a lawyer but should not have to just cuz of someone else's mistake. Will never use this store again. By time they refused to fill it my doc was already closed an could not get it switched to a different pharmacy resulting in my sister's injury. The tattoo on her face helped them do a great job on sewing her face up but that should of never gone that far because of someone who just simply want do their job correctly. This is ridiculous an I will try to make sure this does not happen to another family.

I called to see if Walgreens was giving the Pfizer or the Moderna for the Covid the girl didn’t know the answer she told me to hold on. She never did come back to the phone. I was on the phone 30 minutes I got in my car went down to Walgreens six people working in the pharmacy I was still on hold, pharmacist said the girl didn’t get a chance to ask her if they was doing the Moderna or the Pfizer vaccination because she had went to the bathroom that was such a lie the lady never came back to the phone I was on the phone for over 30 minutes, I went to the store I was still on hold when I got the the pharmacy know it is just so disgusting to treat customers this poorly poor poor poor customer service I am 68 years old I wish someone would inform the tech that they only have Pfizer 4730 Butterfield Rd Hillside IL 60162 5:00 pm 10/25/2023
