Here we are yet again with the unprofessionalism , rude and disrespectful assistant pharmacist at Walgreens Uniondale . As per corporate I am to just show my drivers license because of a prior incident. I advised the assistant pharmacist that she need to retrieve my ID instead of taking my information via intercom . That’s when the attitude came in , upon receiving my medication I said thank you so very much and she just walked away . I pressed the call button to get her name but she refused to return to the window or apologize. I was advised by the pharmacist that she was the assistant pharmacist there 11/10 at 1500 hours . They really need to retrain their employees about being courteous and professional at all times .

This place is the most incompetent and rude pharmacy in monroe. Stewart and monroe st. Every single month there's a mistake, an issue. I've been without a prescription for months. Dr has called it in 3 times. They sent me 3 notices it was delayed and now they say it never existed. She was so rude and condescending on phone I just decided to stop trying. I'm just going to go somewhere else. I'm tired of the headache with every single prescription.

My husband and I received our flu shot from Walgreens in South Lyon, Michigan. They botched the insurance billing and we had to pay out of pocket.

I called the store a day in advance to verify that prescriptions would be available. I was assured they were. I arrived at the store, waited in a very long line and was told they were not here. First, I was told that it would take an hour and a half and I said I was here on foot and what had occurred on the phone and they said it would be just a few minutes. It has now been 40 minutes… except for the person who actually runs the pharmacy and really tries to do a very meticulous job, I would say that this is one of the worst, most understaffed, unapologetic, pharmacies around. They never seem to be able to get it right. I almost never get here and get my prescription. I am never alone in waiting around for them to fix their mistakes.

I am a transfer from an amazing Winn Dixie pharmacy where scripts were filled as they came in to a Walgreens where techs don’t bother to check for nor fill new prescriptions. It took demanding they look for 2 Rx that had been called in 3 weeks (THREE!) earlier for them to bother looking for my much needed medications. I had been warned. I will make sure to find a different Medicare drug plan in 2024.

Today I went to the store in Flowery Branch around 9:20 pm. The young guy with not education, take my payment and not give me a bag for my medication also leave the medication on top the counter and I need pick up, because he don't want to do his job? Really bad services in this locations with this guy. Please trainer your people to try customer with amiability and respect.

Most incompetent group of “pharmacists” I’ve ever had to deal with. Every month it is a constant struggle with these people. I feel awful they spent so much money on college and can’t seem to put pills in a bottle. If there is another error I will take my business elsewhere and I will ensure it is known how incapable these pharmacists are. Hire some new people or a new manager. Again AWFUL EXPERIENCE FOR 2 YEARS. GET IT TOGETHER

I'd give zero stars if it were possible. We've been waiting over an hour for three simple prescriptions. When I went in the second time I couldn't even get anyone to look at me. This is unacceptable.
