The Walgreens at 10600 Rollingwood in Fredericksburg has to be the slowest drug store to get medications. The last three times there they told me it would be 20-30 and they would text me when ready. Each time it took over 5 hours and the first time they didn’t have one of the prescriptions but didn’t tell me until the next day. I had to get another prescription from my dr because they processed the one they were out of. Also all three times they stated they were short staffed. EXACTLY the same excuse they told me all three times. Never use them again!

I was a loyal customer for many years. Prices seemed to be good but then they way over charged me for one med, like 10 times what I paid for it at a supermarket pharmacy (even with a so-called Walgreens discount card). So I switched to that supermarket pharmacy and only use Walgreens for a few vitamins

Walgreens review 672 fury’s ferry rd Augusta My daughter and I come to this Walgreens often. It’s very close to our house. Today we came in needing dry shampoo and to pick up our photos. The last couple of dry shampoos we purchased didn’t work very well. While reading reviews on different brands several people said “spray some on a strand and see if you like it”. The world tries out body sprays and perfumes so it made sense to me. My daughter and I go and see a brand we haven’t yet purchased. Cost is about five dollars, not much at all and is a bright pink can - looks pretty! We proceed to spray some and wait a few to see if we like it. Ehh it’s okay. So so. While walking to photos I leave the can on a different aisle and proceed. I purchase my daughters Christmas photos and a lady comes behind the counter holding the pink dry shampoo and says “you’re buying this correct”! My ten year old daughter is with me so I respond, uhh sure and reach for the can. She pulls back from me so I cant reach it and says “no no, I’ll ring you up right here”.. She does and I pay and turn around to leave and she very loudly and condescendingly says “HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY NOW”. I didn’t fully understand what had just happened until after I was out the door and in my vehicle. She was extremely rude and made my daughter and I feel very upset. Did she follow us through the store? Did she think we were going to steal? Why did she treat us that way? Is it the way we look? I hated every second of it and struggled answering my daughters questions because I didn’t fully know why. Still don’t. I do know that I don’t ever want her to feel that way ever again.

Just came from the doctor and needed to pick up high blood pressure meds Asian girl in pharmacy told me two hours app says 7:30 it closed at 6 if it will be closed before I could get there makes no sense bad location they take care of Asian customers before everyone else biased I needed my meds because my blood pressure was high , arcade and Maryland location in st Paul

We did the last week I had three different doctors call and prescriptions to Walgreens each time they said oh I’ve never received that order. The last doctor I had went in person to Walgreens and said I submitted this just two hours ago twice and you’re telling me you didn’t receive it

Horrible Customer Service Lied to me about when prescription would be ready. Then sent us to a store almost an hour away and all they world compensate was a $20 gift card.... They need to up their game... Not Fair..

I am have had the worst experience with the Riverton utah Walgreens than I have ever had. They are so incompetent and rude. Especially vikki. I can’t believe they handled my situation the way they did. They told me my RX could not be filled until the next day. The next day I called they told me they couldn’t fill it until the next day. Again. I talked to a guy and we finally figured it out. This was at 11:15 am. Then I received a text at 11:31 saying my RX was ready. Omg I didn’t have a ride by this ring to go get it. My mom went at 2 today to get my RX abs they told her it was not ready. What?? They ahead knew I have been waiting for this RX but they decided to wait until 2 to start on it. Who is running this circus? I don’t think anyone there could add 2+2 and get 4 with the way they handled this issue. Doing so there. This of one huge reason why I stopped having my RX sent to them. This is not the 1st time they have needed things up. Save yourself the headache. Trust me. Don’t ask for Vikki either, she is not professional at all.

Regarding photo card orders, its ridiculous that they only offer 5x7 envelopes for smaller photo card orders (with no forewarning). My 3.5x5 phot cards look stupid in such large envelopes and now I have to find 4x6 envelopes. Just a heads up to anyone else getting smaller photo cards...
