I asked the employee if they had power steering fluid and he was flat out rude he was rolling his eyes and before I even asked the question he was acting like I did somthing to him. Then I was buying toilet paper that was 16 dollars and some scents but it said on sale for $9.99 and I paid the full price which is not that big of a deal but I just wanted to add that in there and I wish I would’ve spent the money that I was advertised to spend and I am also not the type to complain but customers don’t deserve to be treated like that unless they treat you like that first

I go to my local Walgreens for prescriptions and shopping because it’s very convenient. The service I get at the pharmacy is good. However, the customer service I get at the general checkout is subpar. There are three or four workers who are rude. Most never say hello and thank you, and you can forget asking for help because it doesn’t happen. Sometimes they gather together when they’re supposed to be stocking and talk and laugh loudly about their personal lives. I’m used to being glared at, stared at, and not spoken to when I check out. However, after this morning’s transaction when I asked to use my Walgreen’s Cash towards my purchase and the cashier rolled her eyes at me, I’m DONE. I told the cashier that she had an attitude and she said “Absolutely not!” along with more glaring. I’ve spent a lot of money at this Walgreen’s over the years. From now on, I will be only using the pharmacy.

Low quality of customer service. Empty shelves. Long lines for prescriptions. Btw Plastic containers for meds should be banned everywhere. Walgreens uses huge containers just for a few small pills 💊 that must stop ✋

I worked for Walgreens as a manager for 4.5 years.. things have definetly changed! We always prioritized pharmacy customers, put all hands on deck at busiest times in Pharmacy. Now they've decided to outsource prescriptions to a "central pharmacy" which means if your Dr calls in a rx today, it may be 2 or 3 days before its ready! Yesterday morning, my daughter's Dr called in rx for her to a store in Anniston, Al. I called yesterday late afternoon to see if it was ready so I could pick it up on my way home from work, it wasn't ready. I was told it would be ready after 10 this morning. So I drove all the way across town at 11 today, only to be told it was being filled at the "central pharmacy" and won't be in until after 2! Seriously?? This is ridiculous! So I asked if they can just fill it in the store and she says it will be 2 hours if I want to come back, or 45 minutes if I want to wait! So I said I would go find something to do in town and come back. 20 minutes later, I got a call it was ready. Like.. get it together, people! Ever since they switched to the central pharmacy thing, it's been a hassle every time to get a rx filled! Go back to person to person customer service.

Compré calendarios. En la primer tienda no funcionaba la máquina. En la segunda la persona encargada de hacerlos estaba de vacaciones. Y luego volví días más tarde, y las personas que atendían no sabían cómo armarlos. Quedaron un poco defectuosos. No recomiendo este servicio.

I needed a lidocaine medication and shopped very carefully for the right one when I got to the register the price it was stocked on shelf was 7.99, but at checkout it rang up for 24.99 9n sale for 21. and some change. Itold the cashier which he was very nice but just said sorry some put it in wrong spot. So I went back to the section to double check and there were a total of 3 boxes of this product put there obviously by a stock clerk. If there is a mix up at most retail establishments they honor the price for that customer and remove rest of miss stocked merchandise. After going back looking at product and product label on shelf I took cashier back and showed him this and he just grabbed remaining product and said sorry about that. If that's the way a mistake such as this is handled. I know of several other stores and competitors are several other that handle that situation a lot better. Customer service is a thing of the past I'm starting to become aware of. The price isn't the price

20 min in line for prescription 5 people in the pharmacy 2 waiting on folks. The other 3 just standing talking.

Completed online check in and answered all medical questions when making appointment. Arrived at pharmacy and was made to repeat the entire process in person while other pharmacy customers stacked up behind us. Then, after being told to wait while the lady who checked us in waited on other customers, a pharmacist came out and asked us to fill out medical information I had already done online. I objected and she left. Disgusted, we started to leave and asked the pharmacist on the way out what was going on now. She said, "I am checking you in." Amazed that this was happening for the third time we sat down again and a few minutes later got our shots. Naturally it was well past our appointment time.
