I spent 4 hours on hold for a simple problem at a local store. They do not care. Their answer at customer service is..."someone will get back to you in two days." They have a poor attitude and simply refuse to help their customers. I could not figure out why walmart pharmacy was so busy, now I know why. Walgreens has the worst customer service I have seen in a long long time. I was being generous with one star.

If I could give negative stars I would. They have SUCH ISSUES finding pharmacists that the absurd happens daily weekly and monthly going into ten years in Sunnyside NY. Not one call back in THREE YEARS calling this helpline and four out of five times, they drop your call on purpose. This company deserves to be out of business and if someone else was smart, they’d simply open stores to fill prescriptions on the same block and put these places out of business.

Walgreens clerks are so stupid! They aren't qualified to mop a floor. I like shopping at Walgreens but the employees need basic customer service training

Wrong medication put in my medicine that I had Walgreens to fill at the pharmacy located at 301 E Pulaski Highway in Elkton Maryland. They had the nerve to have the actual label on there of the medication that I was supposed to to get an put different meds in there. I took it for several days until I realize it was wrong. I had to seek medical attention at the urgent care then transferred to the local hospital a they aren’t taking this matter seriously! Someone needs to be fired!!

Walgreens located at 301 E. Pulaski Highway in Elkton, Maryland Pharmacy filled my meds on 8/14/26 an put the wrong medication inside my medicine bottle instead of the prescribed medication I was suppose to have to treat my medical condition. I realized it was the wrong meds after taking it 3 days in a row in. Which I had to seek medical attention. I’ve ask for the store manager to contact me a the corporate a yet haven’t heard from them over the phone. I did receive an email from consumer relations cause I went online to complain an asking to speak with an higher up. I do not agree with the behavior of the company, I am dealing with so much anxiety an stress it has caused emotionally, physically from taking it and dealing with delayed in my treatment due to their negligence that they caused. As a pharmacist the medication should be checked before given to any customer. I have known medication allergies an if they gave me one I could be dead. The fact the medication that was given cause more complications in which I had to seek medical attention Walgreens need to reach out to me regarding my complaint an telling me in two days is not a matter I feel as though they are taking serious. I will be heard an I will make sure I’m treated fairly cause this is unacceptable an Walgreens at that location pharmacy seems not to care. I WANT ANSWERS AN I AM SKEPTICAL OF THEM FILLING ANYOF MY MEDS. I wanna hear from someone today. I will be on every website reviewing.

Never order from their mail order pharmacy unless you want to wait 30 days to not get your order and have to call them 4 times over a week after that because their process cannot solve any problem in one call just to have your order sent locally. If you actually need medication to live, ordering from Walgreens mail order is a death sentence

Pharmacy is Trussville, AL is the worst pharmacy in town. The meds I was getting said I still had 1 refill left and called it in a week prior to today of picking it up. They told me that even though I had 1 refill left I could not refill it because it was over 6 months and they were not able to fill it and need a new prescription from the Vet. No one bother to call and tell me any of this. They did not even call the vet and request a refill from there and I had even went yesterday and they had no pharmacist or techs so it was closed and now my dog is out of her pills and vet is already closed. Walgreens sucks dicks

I attempted to purchase an apple gift card. After 2 attempts they said something was wrong on their card feeder. They refunded the first attempt but not the second attempt. I called to talk to the manager and got cut off. So I called a second time and while on hold drove to the store, while waiting on traffic to clear so I could turn into the Walgreens driveway the manager answered.
