Horrible. Every prescription was off...either filled way too much or weeks short of meds. Some druggie pharmacist was stealing my meds and trying to compensate by giving extras of my other crappy prescriptions. Someone either had a drug problem or a KAREN issue with me. Rediculous. I'll never use another Walgreens

They kicked me and my friends out while in line trying to buy something because of how we look. #cancel Walgreens

Never being able to contact anyone in the pharmacy!!!! Frustration level extremely high have been with Walgreens forever each year service gets worse and worse sometimes have tried for three days in a row and unable to get any help I am handicapped so it is hard to come into the store do not want to come to the drive thru unless my prescription is ready I changed from Safeway to Walgreens but what good is that if there is no one to help you before coming to the drive thru they need to figure out a way to help their customers before they start going with someone that cares about them

Walgreens save a trip is the worst service ever. DO NOT sign up for this. We have been on this “service” 11 months! My husband has run out numerous times on his maintenance drugs. Called corp talked with Donna who made it more about herself and not my husband running out. Filling a 90 Day script with 2 pills cuz they want to realign the pill schedule does not work when you do not receive the rest of the script later. Shame on Walgreens and shame on Donna! Lip service is what she offered. Walgreens messes with people’s lives!! Horrible!

Walgreens in Glenwood Springs, CO is only open 4 days a week. So, I waited two days to get my RX only to find out the pharmacy is closed for 2 days. Four days without my BP medication. My BP is now`160/110 and my ears are ringing. How can a place shut down for 4 days yet they send texts stating my RX is ready for pickup. I called the store and whoever answered hung up on me. I'll never get an RX from Walgreens again.

I waited over 4 minutes at the drive through before being acknowledged. This has occurred twice in two weeks. Terrible service. Walgreens also places orders for prescriptions that I haven’t requested and are not on autofill.

Set on hold for over half an hour just to find out a name of a med that isn't covered on my insurance. Are they just slapping people on hold to make them hangup cause no matter how long I wait there is always more than three callers ahead of me. I know it's almost mealtime but with all the people working in this pharmacy they should have better phone times this place really sucks moving my business elsewhere cause this Walgreens is just not on the ball

My Walgreens is the most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with in my 67 years. INCOMPETENT! From inaccurate text messages to refill prescriptions to a complete failure in checking their Fax machine for Rx transfers. The staff and pharmacists seem to always be in a state of confusion and insists that the patients do all of the communications between pharmacies to have one transferred over. The Tappahannock VA. Walgreens is the most inept and discourteous pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. And, it’s the only preferred pharmacy in town. This is the second year of having to use Walgreens as the preferred pharmacy for my Medicare part D drug plan. Another year of nightmares!
