This is the worst customer experience I’ve had in many years. They act like they have all the power because they have something you need. I am a 68 year old and am so sorry I switched my one script to this place.

They are trying to charge me $37.88 for…
They are trying to charge me $37.88 for narcan. They first said, by law I had to get it or they couldn't give my post op pain medication. That is a lie. It is their company policy. I also discovered, they get it from the government for free and are supposed to dispense it to customers for free. When I called them out on it they lied to me again.

Walgreens is too big to care about their customers.
This is as deeply negative a review of a business as I have ever written. It's about the Walgreens at 4010 SW 137th Avenue, Miami, FL. I cannot recommend highly enough that you take your business to a different store. If you HAVE to go to a Walgreens because of your insurance, there is one right around the corner at 14190 SW 26th St. It closes at midnight. If you need a 24-hour pharmacy, there is one at 11690 SW 72nd St. Trust me, it's worth the extra few minutes driving.
The people at this Walgreens are the worst of the worst. Not only do they not give a single solitary fig about their customers, but they don't even have enough class to pretend that they do. Their pharmacy personnel are perfectly comfortable leaving you hanging on hold for over 10 minutes and then taking you off hold but setting the phone down, so you can hear them talking and laughing until your head blows up (because they were never going to take a call from a woman yelling through the speaker "I can hear you, so I know you can hear me!!"). You'll call and ask for the manager who will then hang up on you. You'll call back and explain to the clerk who answers the phone that you HAVE to do this transaction over the phone because the medication you need is not sold online and ***YOU HAVE FREAKING COVID,*** and if the manager hangs up on you again, YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO GO THERE IN PERSON TO GET YOUR FREAKING MEDICATION, and they assign you to on-hold purgatory and never pick up the phone. And this is hardly an isolated incident.
I'm done. 25+ years using this Walgreens because I have to use Walgreens and this one is the closest and 24 hours (and it's probably going to be a nightmare transferring all of our prescriptions to a different Walgreens), but I'm done. I don't need this kind of trash in my life.

Have a Reservation for vaccination but no vaccine.
Cannot get an appointment for a vaccination at Walgreens unless you go online and make a reservation. You would then think that they would have the vaccine when you show up for your appointment. Not true at the Monroe Wisconsin Walgreens on January 14, 2024.

Walgreens pharmacy in Berea is suspect…
Walgreens pharmacy in Berea is suspect for competent service. After giving them my vitals, they asked me for my phone number and told me it wasn’t correct. After several minutes frustrating conversation they found that they had entered the wrong final digit of my phone number. They never apologized for the mistake or told me that they would correct it. I later-called the pharmacy manager and she just summarily dismissed my concern. Consequently, I have changed pharmacies and will never use this pharmacy again. In the past, I have found them to be very slow delivering service and not customer concerned. also, my greater concern is that they won’t fill the prescription correctly!!

Walgreens at 9675 NW 41st St in DORAL, FL
The Walgreens at 9675 NW 41st St, at DORAL, FL has only ONE line working (drive-thru) because the window with the “automatic drawer” is broken FOREVER and they said the can find the part to fix it, meanwhile if you are picking up a medicine that doesn’t fit the little tube you have to get out of the car and go inside to the Pharmacy. They really DON’T CARE if you are sick, have a fever and it’s raining (that was my case yesterday 01/12/2024. So disrespectful and no empathy for sick customers!

Dont bother shopping online
Dont bother shopping online. Just about every offer/promo they offer they cant fulfill. Always out of stock. Subtitutions not offered when they could be. They will charge you one thing and ship you insufficient items leading to a different charge at the end of the day. Refunds slow. Prices never add up to what they offer. Charges never add up to what you signed up for. Pharmacy miserable and snotty. Every dealing I lose and end up feeling scammed. Offering promos they cant fufill so they charge you full price for items while only supplying half of what you ordered. Its a whole unorganized mess at the loss of their consumers. Not to be trusted to get what you ordered and pay what you agreed to pay

Poor Customer Service
I contacted the pharmacy on Union Hills Dr. in Phoenix regarding my prescription. I received the standard notification advising me that 'there is one caller ahead of me, please hold'. After approximately 10 minutes, the phone began ringing incessantly for an extended period. Eventually, someone answered the call, but remained mute and immediately put me on hold. Background music began playing, leading me to assume my wait time had surpassed the maximum allowable duration, as the music stopped and the call resumed. The call rang again for quite some time, and someone picked up, again without uttering a word, and put me on hold. It repeated the same process, the only difference being that the person did not put me on hold, but abruptly terminated the call. The total duration of this ordeal amounted to 18 minutes and 34 seconds. In retrospect, I should have transferred my prescription to a different pharmacy quite some time ago.
