I stood at the front of the restroom for over 5 minutes waiting for one of your employees to take 30 seconds to come and hit the CODE to your LOCKED restroom. "It's against policy to leave the register" the employee said when i asked how much longer I'd have to wait before peeing on myself!!!!!! Without customers, you would have no DAGGONE register to run!!!!! 30 seconds!!! HACKS CROSS at WINCHESTER ROAD! JUST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!@!!!

Horrible customer service at 3901 E Davis street in Conroe Tx! Rude and very slow. Refused to help when I asked for an otc medicine as I have a broken leg and she said she could not it was against the rules but the girl did it the day before. Then she asked for my husbands address so I told her and she had one on file from years back. So I told her I just picked up 2 the day before and had no issues. He just had hip replacement on Monday! He had to go without his meds because she wanted to argue. When I asked for my ID and money back she refused and told me no. The pharmacist wouldn’t even come talk to me. DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREENS! Horrible service!!!

This is the hundredth time I’ve had a problem with this pathetic company but my dr called in a prescription after hours & they were my only option. I recently stopped using them because of the horrible customer service but had no other choice. Basically they refused to give me my prescription for no reason that made any sense. The manager contradicted himself several times. Not only would they not fill it but they refused to transfer it to a 24 hour Walgreens, let me take my prescription somewhere else, or fill it. I am still appalled at the treatment I received & am baffled that a company can hold a prescription ransom for no legit reason!!!! How is this legal?!! Filed a complaint with corporate headquarters but I’m sure nothing will come of it. HIIPA guidelines were also ignored & 2 other customers not only heard every word but even stepped in because the pharmacist was not even trying to be discreet. Seriously considering filing a HIIPA complaint!!!! Obviously my dr called this in for a reason so who gave them the right to decide what course my medical treatment should take??!!!!

I placed an order through this horrible app on Friday 4/12/24 prior to the store opening. I called Walgreens Customer Service number when I notice that the charge was applied to my bank account several times. I was told that this was an IT issue and that the funds should be returned to my account the next morning. I am a single mother on a single income so this was really stressful for me. I called back the next day and was told that I would receive my funds on Monday since this occurred on Friday. This was different then what I was told yesterday and was extremely frustrating. I called back on Tuesday after still not being refunded my $80+ on Monday as promised and was told that it may not be refunded until Thursday but that she will put in an escalation ticket. I then asked for them to close my walgreens account because this is highly unacceptable, the app is a nightmare, and customers service reps has consistently provided false information. I may receive my refund on my next payday. This was a really hard week for me and it is extremely frustrating that Walgreens caused it to be so, and could simply care less.

You go to the doctor pay hundreds to get to feeling better. Then you go to walgreens. The pharmacy tells you you ate not eligible for your medications for 30 days . So I asked her then why did my doctor prescribed these meds if I can't buy them fir 30 days. So I called the doctor. Well that's not right sir you can pick them up as soon as walgreens orders them and they come in. 10 days later 2 hospital er room visits and I'm better. HEY WALGREENS JUST KEEP THAT STUFF I WAS DEATHLY SICK BUT IM BETTER NOW. Funny thing there machine keeps calling now to tell me my prescriptions will be ready fir pickup in 2 days. What a great company you are.

Should be zero stars. Staff is completely in caring and not helpful. After giving them 4 hours to fill a basic prescription was told they don’t have that medication in and no one called because they waited till be showed up 4 hours later. Only to be told I’m sorry I can’t help I’m going to lunch. RUDE!!!! to tell someone I’m sorry we didn’t do our job after 4 hours but I am sure going to go and have my lunch!

These people have absolutely no regard for their customers. Money is the bottom line! I was forced to get a prescription filled at the Burnet Walgreens because it was Easter Sunday and the only pharmacy open in my area. When it was ready, they sent me a message stating it was ready and the price was $1,955.00. I called my doctor’s office and was given a coupon to give to the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy with the information, and was told it reduced the price to $700.81. This was still way out of my pice range and I begged the pharmacist for other options. I actually cried during our conversation. I was very bluntly told that that was the price, period. I told a friend about my experience this morning and she suggested I go on line and search for another coupon. I had no idea this was even a thing. But, I did it and promptly found out I could have gotten the prescription for $136.00. So, even though I knew I wouldn’t get a refund, I wanted them to know how unhappy I was. The pharmacist was very rude and did not care at all. She told me they had no time to be giving people that information and were under no obligation to give it out, even if they had the time. I know their time is valuable, but it had nothing to do with that. It would have taken 15 seconds to suggest I google a coupon for my prescription. So, is it just her? Or is it a Walgreens thing to make money? At any rate, she could have been nice and tried to see where I was coming from. She was awful. Pharmacist on a power trip!

Waited in line until I was next. Then st 13:31 the guy tells me comeback after lunch. I was in line for 20 minutes prior.
