Walgreens made it very clear that they TARGETED me to be horrible to. They have malicious lies when it comes to how they can't fill the prescriptions because they have to order it. There have been a few times that Walgreens has persisted to have incident but this last incident of not filling my prescription was absolutely intentional, what I think , it's that the workers there feel they are above any customer service. I know I am not alone feeling this way, they deliberately overfill ,overcharge, and discriminate. There is absolutely no reason for them to misuse me!

Walgreen's is purposely refusing to accept a manufacturer's coupon and they are lying and saying it's a "cybersecurity issue" that is affecting all Walgreens locations, when in fact it's simply a money grab and corporate greed! I called the manufacturer's customer service number, spoke with a representative and they confirmed that the coupons are still very much active and accepted at other pharmacies. It's definitely Walgreens issue only because they don't want to accept the coupons.

When I talked with Caroline manager , she was so rude and when I asked my purchases she was stick with just policy and when I place order it’s showing me reward , nobody help .poor customer service . It’s scam don’t believe them

Just when you think that it's only one Walgreens that has a rude pharmacist or rude pharmacy workers, you go to another store and it's the same story. I'm done with them. I took my prescriptions to Costco where they appreciate my business.

Walgreens, slow incompetent, worst pharmacy in Texas. Was notified prescriptions were done drove there waited an hour in line to be told one prescription was not ready after being told they were. Pharmacist said we never spoke to anyone . Really then why am I here ? The people working here are clueless .

ZERO STARS-WORST PHARMACY IN HISTORY! Go to a Smaller Pharmacy! Because for "Two Months" Walgreen's Played around with my Diabetes Medication! My Medication Refill date was on May-3rd of 2024. But they kept Changing the date and Canceling My RX online, And I went in person and they said it was Out of Stock and won't be ready till June of 2024! But-then there very Own Walgreen's Pharmacist came over to Speak to me and told me to go to a Smaller Pharmacy. And I Did-(Thank God) Because I got an Email From Walgreen's-Asking me for $251.59 and saying it would be filled on May/16th and that it wasn't covered by Medicare! THAT'S A LIE! Because on the Same day (5/6/2024) I got my Medication Refilled at a different pharmacy! Five days after the Refill date! Thanks Heaven for Mom & Pop Pharmacies!

Walgreens Millsboro Delaware, refused to fill Rx written by my husband's dentist for an antibiotic. The pharmacy is disagreeing with the dentist. The dentist prescribed the antibiotic that was covered by Medicare, Walgreens is insisting on dispensing the drug that isn't covered by Medicare. The difference in the drugs? There really isn't any, except one of them is 200.00 and the other is at no charge. We are done with Walgreens.

Used to be a decent company, then turned into a joke. The pharmacies are all understaffed and the people hate working there because it's like working at a fast food version of a pharmacy. The company attempts to make up for this by pushing customers to smartphone apps and the website. That would be great if these things actually worked on a consistent basis, but they don't. Outages are frequent and the overall user experience and customer experience both suck. This is what happens when penny pinchers gain control of a company. I will be moving all of my prescriptions to an online pharmacy and/or a local independent operation. Both can provide better service and it's not a constant battle to get my prescriptions.
