Great experience today with pharmacy at store on halprin drive. She went out of her way to call other stores to find my inhaler. No one has done that. They usually tell us we have to call around. So kudos to her!

Walgreens has a special breed of customers, rude,entitled clueless to the prescription process or vaccination procedures to protect them against harm, doctors don’t care that they send prescriptions written wrong, wrong dosages, drug allergies, and insurance fighting to reject paying for 85% of prescriptions, so when a customer comes in of course it’s Walgreens fault, when staff are short handed underpaid, trying to handle a non stop line of rude ungrateful hostile customers,they have no appreciation of how chaotic a pharmacy environment is, not just Walgreens but every pharmacy, wish you could all work one day to see what we go through, and yes there are bad employees that shouldn’t be there, but that accounts for only about 5% the rest of us care and do everything we can to help our patients with any problems, you can literally spend two days trying to find a drug that’s on back order work with their doctor and insurance to get them what they need, and can’t even get a thank you, you get this is bull…. it’s taken to long this is the worst pharmacy I’m never coming back, then they are back the next week

I have been using Walgreens for decades. Although they can be short staffed as times, they have always went above and beyond to help me get what I need.

I went to the Walgreens pharmacy in Riviera Beach to fill my prescription, but unfortunately they were closing. Desperate for help, I headed to the Walgreens on 45th and Congress, hoping they could assist me. I had just been diagnosed with asthma and urgently needed an antibiotic and an inhaler. I explained my situation to Martha, the pharmacist, telling her that the other pharmacy, where my prescription was sent, was closed. Martha was incredibly kind and compassionate. She worked diligently, overcoming numerous obstacles, to have urgent care resend the prescription to her pharmacy. After about an hour and amidst all the confusion, Martha finally received the prescription and filled it for me. I am deeply grateful to Martha for not giving up. Martha and her team were amazing. The employees at Walgreens greeted me with a smile and stated welcome to Walgreens. I got really fast service with getting my prescription filled I got alot of things on sale for my family and I. When checking out the employee was so pleasant and smiling. I felt so comfortable while shopping at Walgreens. Thanks
