Absolutely RIDICULOUS. The Walgreens on James Island is nearly impossible to get on the phone. I waited 20 MINUTES just to be hung up on! 🤬 I take a controlled medication that they are constantly out of stock on, so I call TWO DAYS before my refill date to make sure they have it. Yet somehow, when my refill date actually comes, they’re out of stock about 50% of the time. So what was the point of calling ahead?! Now I’m TWO DAYS without a medication I need every single day because they can’t seem to keep it in stock or even provide decent customer service. This is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. DO BETTER. 🤬

0 . This store on Westheimer and wilcrest is very unprofessional. I was treated with racism and disrespect. The CSA last name Moreno and on duty shift lead for the morning shift on 9/13 around 12 noon . I was asking fir service at the front counter for me and another customer behind me . She instantly yelled out rudely that she was busy . I then replied with how she didnt have to be rude and she became very combative and mouthy . Even when i said she was being unprofessional in a professional setting she said that she didnt care . In front of other customers at that . I then called my wife to try to get answers about the situation and thats when things escalated towards racism . The SFL instantly decided to not consider the issues of the customer due to the passion and tone of our complaint . After already been disrespected by the CSA so why would i be polite explaining my issue once ive been disrespected. I will be filing complaints on all platforms. Hr portals and even above that if i have to in order to get to this issue rectified.

Everytime I called for pharmacy they placed me on hold for 30 plus minutes Equivalent to 2 hours all for a prescription transfer.

Went to pick up a FEDEX package, KEN was the clerk. Asked me how he could help me. Said I needed to pick up package, he asked for barcode from email. I said I didn't think they sent a barcode. He said, I don't care what you think, I need a bar code! Showed him the email where it said just needed DL. I said, good grief you don't have to be so rude! After he said, sorry I was snippy! Awful reflection of store!

Search engine return that you can get Covid tests kits paid by insurance at Walgreens. Their website supports this and requires that you enter insurance information to confirm eligibility. I did so, received confirmation, stood in line 30 minutes, only to be told insurance doesn’t cover. I think it’s a ripoff to obtain customer information. I have supporting documentation

I am a cancer patient and I am immune compromised. I get the stronger flu shot every year due to those factors under a doctor’s order because I am under 65. Know that Walgreens first told me they could provide the shot if I had a doctor order (which I have and sent in) and now they say that based on their protocols they still can’t provide me the shot because I’m under 65. Inconsistent communication and ridiculous protocol. Going to CVS again who I generally have no problems with. So much for trying to stay closer to home. It’s worth the drive to CVS who I have never had an issue with.

Walgreens on 77-105 Bloomfield Ave Bloomfield, the corner of Ampere parkway all I can say the pharmacist in charge is a nasty woman & her staff I won’t ever go back there they act as if they can speak to customers any kinda way it’s more than one Walgreens across America 🇺🇸 it won’t be that location treat urban area people terrible

Ordered items for my sick daughter (who lives out of town from me) to be delivered at 11a. Door Dash sent drivers starting at 630a (even though I had changed the time to 11a). Contacted Walgreens chat, customer service and store and no one could do anything except cancel the order. Couldn’t talk to anyone at DoorDash. So they cancelled the order and now I had to wait two days for the $150 to go back on my card so I can get my daughter her items. There is no one who actually “handles” online orders to help with them. Will never use Walgreens for anything ever again.
