Horrible experience and horrible customer service. I was out of meds yesterday. Came to get supply for few says which ive doneant times is past until prescription was filed. She tells me no this is controlled substance and they couldn't help. I told her she was wrong and gotten this many times over the years, She went away, came back with the supply, threw in tube and walked away. No have a nice day, sorry I was wrong nothing. It scares me that this ignorant rude person is handing my meds. Med is not opioid, not addictive but I have to take it or wean myself off. I am never going there again. She was just going to cut off.

el viernes 19 de julio intente realizar una compra y me salio una nota que mi tarjeta solo cubria 33.20 usd, que agregara una tarjeta adicional o cancelase la operacion. y que los fondos estarian retenidos 24 hs. CANCELE la operacion , sin embargo mis fondos nunca volvieron a mi cuenta. hice el reclamo varias veces, me dijeron que espere cinco dias. ya pasaron los dias y los fondos siguen sin volver a mi cuenta. Posteriormente volvi a pagar con otra tarjeta y los fondos fueron debitados tambien. tengo 33,20 en una tarjeta visa de la operacion cancelada y 33,20 en una master de la operacion realizada. En el chat, que me comunique varias veces, me dijeron que lo escalaban y ni noticias,el reclamo sigue sin resolverse. Horrible atencion . quisiera me reintegren mi dinero

I pulled up through the pharmacy the employee didn’t even acknowledge me while texting on her phone I had to sit for a minute before she even said anything. She also said can I help you while looking at her phone finishing up her text. I asked her how many prescriptions I had there was no response and I know she heard me. Had I not been on a important call I definitely would have told her about herself.. Seems like she didn’t feel like being at work. Putting texts before customers is extremely bad business.

I scheduled a vaccine shot, filled out all the forms on-line before arriving. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested, stood in the vaccine check-in line alone for 20 minutes while they handled many other customers. I was ignored the entire time. This Walgreens is broken, they don't care about customers... I got so frustrated I walked out, will take my business elsewhere.

I am disabled. This store and Pharmacy has no consideration for ANYONE! They close the drive-up window without notice frequently. They say I must go in the Store when I call, and I can’t! They constantly mess up my prescription orders, process them LATE or charge the wrong account, refills sent to wrong doctor. I call when it appears online that they have screwed up. They say they will fix it and they do nothing. I have NEVER seen such a poorly managed business. Miana and Sharon just make preposterous excuses or blame each other. Just mean spirited people. I went to pick up a prescription that was to be ready a week ago and was not. I had to drive back again. The drive-by sign said they would be back from lunch at 2;30. There were several cars waiting. Others gave up and left. I rang the call bell and they said that they "decided not to open the drive-thru today." I told them I am disabled and they said "Come in the store or come back tomorrow." Hours for drive-up are POSTED but NOT followed!

Here is how most Walgreen representative work. They will pretend to solve your problem but not trying to understand what your problem is. Then if they can’t solve it for you, and you see not happy with it, they will transfer you so you can’t review them. It happened with me 7 times. It either about me missing cash reward or missing item for my orders. None of it has been solved. Customer is a joke to them.

I would give a zero if possible. The WORST customer service I’ve ever encountered. LITERALLY. Many occasions. The pharmacy staff behaved as if it was a rude intrusion to just pick up my meds. NEVER use them. Zero sheets given for their customer. I was quiet and polite the whole time also. Please listen to this. They do not deserve your business!!!

Walgreens Customer Relations you lied to me so unprofessional . I have my Receipt I have no cards for 20,00 .Santana please go and get yourself some Customer Service training .
