Due to medical insurance changeies. I'm forced to use Walgreens Pharmacy. I live in Lake city Florida. This is what I have experienced. Unmixed antibiotic medication."Powder only" When I called to ask about the Unmixed medication. I was ask to if I could mix it myself. I receive texts reading medication is ready for pick-up. I am unable to drive"Seizures". So I find someone that's already going to town. To pickup my medication. When they try at Walgreens my prescriptions are not ready for pickup. So the friend I've already asked to go out of there way for me has to wait while I call Walgreens Pharmacy. To be transferred to a call center in a completely different state. Where my personal information is now being looked at by someone else. The call center is unable to help with my situation. So I'm transferred again this time to Walgreens Pharmacy. Where I am repeatedly put on hold. While all I can think about is my friend being even more Inconvenienced. Finley someone answer my call, yes by now I'm very anxious talking fast I'm sure. To help me be able to control with being so anxious I need the medications that should have been ready two day ago from Walgreens Pharmacy. I was told if I didn't stop being so anxious and slow down talking she was going to hang up on me. Then I'm told the medication will be ready in 15 minutes. My friend went back after 1 hr to be told the medication was still on the truck it was going to be later today.

Go Anywhere Else My Friend.
I transfered to this store from Kroger in Lapeer thinking this store would be more reliable. One thing I could always count on from Kroger was when they didn't have my medication, they ordered it when they said they would. I called to get a status on my script on Friday of last week, they said it wasn't in stock, and they'd order it. When the order arrived the person who ordered it put in the wrong brand name so therefore my insurance couldn't cover it and I couldn't get my medication. Do you not realize that some people desperately need their medication or else they run the risk of either getting sick or worse if their condition calls for daily medication. They had me waiting four days for my medication and now I have to wait more time, probably the rest of the week, until they retrieve my correct order of my medication. They had to reorder it once learning they ordered the wrong medicine brand. They also trash talked my doctor. They said my doctor wrote the prescription incorrectly but that is false, I called my doctors office and checked. The prescription was written as it always has been written. I've been seeing this doctor for upwards of three years, she never steers me wrong so I knew it wasn't her fault. They screwed up and instead of apologizing and taking some responsibility for their mistake, they shifted the blame to my doctor and as I said, I confirmed it was false. My doctor wrote my script correctly. Wallgreens screwed up. I have had more issues with this pharmacy in the two months I've been going there than I ever did at Kroger the six years I'd been going there... Not to mention trying to reach customer service is a joke. They answer if you're lucky and then can never answer your questions themselves, they directed me several times to another line, the "dispensing department", and I waited on hold for 32 full minutes. No one answered. I did this two days in a row and got nothing. This business is garbage and I would recommend going literally anywhere else. Wallgreens is unreliable, inconsistent, and vacant of any compassion for their patients. People can't be on a medication for years and suddenly be taken off of it, they told me they only order medicine that's out of stock when the electronic prescription comes in. So if you need your medicine today, they won't order it until today. They should be ordering it in advance so you don't have to go without it, but they don't. That makes no sense for people who are on life saving medications. Wallgreens is going to kill people and probably already has. Once I get my order in a few days I won't be returning. And if they didn't order my prescription like they said they did there will be hell to pay because you're meddling with people's health. You can improve by answering your phone calls instead of directing your patients and customers to third party lines that speak little English, no offense. And half the time don't even answer. And when you run out of a medication order it right away so people aren't being torn off their medication suddenly.

Where is Walgreens' future?
We just got to know that the branch manager in the Walgreens at 22829 STATE ROAD 54 Land O Lakes, FL 34639 hired a criminal employee to work at her pharmacy. Even when she realized that the woman was illegally working there, causing some harm and hazard to the public's safety already, she ddi not take any actions to fire the criminal employee(K. R.). So we choose not to go to that Walgreens store any more for safety's sake. Now the entire Walgreens is a mess to most clients due to these unprofessional practices unless the Walgreens CEO take people's complaints seriously and take actions by firing the manager and that criminal woman, etc. Please check your employees' background before you hire them and later when you hear people complain about your employees harming the public, do NOT turn a deaf ear to it but take it seriously. At least you need to investigate it!

WHAT A JOKE THIS COMPANY TURNED OUT TO BE…
Well first I go to the Walgreens on outer loop in louisville kentucky?. This place is a joke they never have my blood pressure medication and I have to wait several times I had to wait 4 days few times longer then that. Also not one person will pick up the phone they keep putting you on hold. I have tried for 3 days to ask if my scripts are ready cause you go up there and half your meds are not filled. All my meds are for high blood pressure 4 different kinds. I'm tired of wasting my gas go there only to be told it's not ready. Time to change pharmaceutical I'm fed up with this company.......

My doctor prescribes Tramadol ER 100mg…
My doctor prescribes Tramadol ER 100mg along with 50 mg to be taken as needed up to 4 per day. This is done given my insurance will not pay for Tramadol ER 300 mg. Every month I have to tell the pharmacy I am supposed to take both. Now pharmacist Giau says she needs to talk to the doctor to fill them. What is interesting is per WebMD adults can take 400 mg per day this is 300mg per day. I don't see what the issue should be. Seems like the pharmacy is practicing medicine. I don't think the doctor would write both prescriptions if he had an issue with me taking them.

No customer loyalty …
REDDING, CA
My prescription was due to be picked up yesterday, Wednesday. My doctor sent it to the pharmacy on Monday. As a customer for over 2.5 years now, I pick up my prescription each and every month. Every. Month. I called to be sure it was ready for pickup yesterday, and after a 27 minute hold, I was told they didn't have enough pills to fill it. Try back tomorrow. It is now tomorrow, I called to be sure it was ready today, Thursday at 5:00. After a 42 minute hold, I was told it was in, but not ready. And I was assured it would be ready at 7 pm. It is now 7:55pm and I am here to pick up. I am told it is not ready, but the pharmacist will do it next.
Really?
My doctor sent it in MONDAY. They could have ordered it and had it ready to go Wednesday.
I don't understand why they do this almost every.single.month.
If you want a pharmacy that is competent, this is not your pharmacy. Go somewhere else. I now will, even though I have been a loyal customer for almost 3 years. They don't care about customers here.

was in the store with my service dog…
was in the store with my service dog who is extremely well trained. Lady told me because it didn't have a vest on I couldn't have it in there and would not listen. Service animals are not required to wear vests but she was so sure she was right, I left. Im researching where to report this as this is discrimination.
To make sure the correct store is identified, it's the Walgreens on Schoembech and Dundee in Wheeling.
On another visit, I ride a huge electric bike with saddle bags up there and go through the drive-thru. I'm told you can not drive a bike thru the the drive-thru. Manager tells me it's corporate policy for safety but even he says other drivers can't miss my bike with huge knobby tires and saddle bags. It's the size of a motorcycle (Which are allowed thru). He even said- Common sense wise it is fine but it's corporate policy. Inside was packed and only one car in the drive-thru so I hit the drive-thru. So now I can't bring my service dog nor go thru the drive-thru to a store that is one block from my house. I called corporate 3 weeks ago and was told management would be in contact with in 48 hours. Still waiting!!!
