Rite Aid in Holland MI closed in our city so Walgreens was that only option close to our home. Rite Aid pharmacy was fantastic - Walgreens is horrible. Almost impossible to talk to a local person when you call. After several transfers you are finally connected to a totally clueless person. They tell you that they’ll call or text when prescription is done, but they don’t. Then when I called back they couldn’t find records of a call. I can’t think of even one thing that they do well….I’d give zero stars or even negative stars if that was an option….

Christina in the pharmacy is rude as hell!! How dare her say to me "what don't you understand! That's no way to treat a valued customer. This pharmacy needs to be checked!

I would not even give them a one star if I had a choice!!!! Horrible experience with immunizations once before with pharmacist! The BEST Walgreens is at 75th and Nieman Road - they did not have slots when I needed them - so reluctantly I gave the Walgreens at 87th and Lackman another go - Major FAILURE! They had three people working - they needed at least 5 - sending people away because scripts were not ready or half of them were, there was 4 of us waiting on shots, I waited for 15 minutes (my max) and told them to cancel my appointment. My time is valuable as well! No excuses for service that is not directed to patient care since we fund them!!!! I rescheduled where I KNOW I will be attended to with joy!!!

Too many basic pharmacy mistakes to list them all. Have had to revisit walgreens in Elizabeth City 5 times to get one prescription. At first, i receive a text that it was ready. I showed and the rep asked me if Tricare was my only insurance and i gave him humana card. Humana had no prescription capability so he said there was a delay. Came the next day after 2 tries and they told me the cost was $1800! I refused and was notified today the prescription was ready. I go for the 4th time to find the prescription was erased from their system and was told to contact my doctor for a new prescription. My doc resubmitted a prescription and several hours later i received notice again by text it was partially ready for pickup. When i arrived, somehow they found enough Januvia to fill the full order if i could wait AGAIN! 20 MINUTES LATER it was finally purchased. What a pathetic display of customer service! Will never use this sad sad excuse for a pharmacy! They literally don't care if you ever get your medicine! Many,many people walked out without medicine after they were notified to pick it up! Talked to many customers and they agreed how sad it is...

Went to the Walgreens on 8/29/24 to get a flu shot. Took awhile to get checked in despite having a reservation - Walk-in probably would have taken less time. The issue I had with the store was the filth. The floors don't look like they have been cleaned in quite a while. The room where we got the shots was not any better. How can they give all types of immunizations in an unclean environment. Walgreens at Duval and 183 in Austin, Texas

No se merecen ni una estrella sin embargo la puse para comentar el mal servicio que tienen el día sábado 24 en la noche como eso de las. 10 y algo fui por unas pastillas vitaminas para mi niña de 9 meses compré y todo traje las vitaminas con migo y no me di cuenta que el producto tenía 8meses 3 semanas de expirado como va aser eso posible q van a estar vendiendo producto vencido y de paso el q le llamaron creo q es manager y me dise no te preocupes no pasa nada 3 meses después de vencido duran que vergüenza si casi 9 meses tiene de vencido y lo are publico para que tengamos cuidado con lo q compramos para nosotros y nuestros hijos Dios quiera y no tenga efectos secundarios las pastillas q use por q sino es demanda y bien ganada amigos tengamos cuidado y revisemos fecha yo por la preocupación de mi niña no me percaté pero les cuento esto q me pasó ami para q no le pase a nadie más 1010 Broadway, Chelsea, MA 02150 esa es la sucursal que fui a comprar cuidado

Always a problem dealing with Walgreens.

This the 2nd month that Walgreens in Purcell, ok have not filled my prescription correctly!! I live alone and am a type 1 diabetic and am blind. I CANNOT go without my pump and sensors. I have been upset with them more than repeatedly!!! I will no longer be using Walgreens pharmacy….this is a matter of life and death. As a matter of fact, they literally messed up my prescription for my insulin!!! I could easily not wake up tomorrow!! I have been told repeatedly by employees that they will call when something I order arrives at the store and I hear not one word from a soul. Also, when my so. Was taken to the ER when he was hurt at school playing basketball, the dr gave me a prescription for pain for his broken foot….we arrived at Walgreens to fill it before they closed, actually had 15 minutes til closing….the lady refused to fill the meds for my son because she had already shut down the computers! This incident is the last straw!!! Get competent people that actually care about the public and are willing to help!! I won’t go bad in there and I WILL give them free advertising!!
