I ran out of one of my refills. My pharmacy, Walgree, is at N. Port Washington 5400 N Port Washington Rd, Glendale, WI 53217. The store ey didn't call me and returned. Here is my experience. The pharmacist's name, "Liz," was at the front desk for handling the medication requests. She was very unprofessional at handling customers' questions. According to her remarks, my medication was canceled, and she sent me a message to pick it up, but since I didn't, the product was returned. When I asked when she had sent me the message, seeing the screen of the message, it showed that the e-mail message had not been sent. She denied this fact, and when I kept asking the questions, she told me, "Shut up" and: stop." I felt that she was not very professional, and she was very arrogant and adjective. I suggest the store consider removing her employment, and also the store must improve the training of the employees.

I went to Walgreens at 5100 Dixie Highway today to get my trelegy prescription filled and they only had 1 of 3 which should have been a 3 for 3 month precription and finaly I got to talk to pharmacist and he told me they had issues getting this med but they where going to charge me full 90 day prescription price for 30 day supply and then I could comeback whenever they received the rest and it would be another 90 day charge--what a ripoff. anyway< I call walmart and they have my medications and no problems obtaining them so now I call walgreens back at 5100 Dixie highway to have them release my prescription and put it on hold so I can go elsewhere and they said no lol so I call my doctor and he calls the Walgreens at 5100 Dixie highway and omg they get snippy with my doctor whom is only trying to rectify the situation so I can get my meds but he did get my situation rectified by doing the same thing I was trying to do and I am sure walgreens is ok at their pharmacy as long as everything runs smooth but if there is an issue hang it up cause they will do nothing to help lol I doubt these people can even spell the word CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bottom line this whole xperience took almost 4 hours and a bunch of phone calls when all Walgreens had to do was what I asked: release my prescription and put it on hold so I can go elsewhere to a pharmacy that has no issues aquiring Trelegy but they refused lol and as I said they even got snippy with my doctor so my advice is please do not shop Walgreens at 5100 Dixie Highway as today was a total nightmare for me and all they had to do was like I asked but they refused

Walgreens in Cape Coral Florida is the worst. I only go there because it is around the corner from my house but will drive the extra 15 minutes to go to CVS from now on. Everybody at CVS is always friendly and I never have issues with my prescriptions. I have to take Xanax to sleep and can only get my 30-day prescription once a month. The last few months in a row it is not been ready on the day that I'm supposed to get it. This month, I called to find out why I couldn't pick it up because the date on the bottle says the 15th and it wouldn't allow me to get it till the 31st. I called in had to wait probably 12 to 15 minutes to speak to someone and I was told the earliest they could fill it was the 30th. So I just called in again on the 30th this morning and have not slept the last two nights because I didn't have my medication and now I'm told something different and that I can't pick it up till the 31st. They also told me I would have to call in again tomorrow even though I put the order in online. So that means I'm going to have to sit and wait and listen to their music and let the phone ring forever before I get to speak to somebody once again. The point is obviously someone working in the pharmacy there doesn't know what they're doing whether it was a person I spoke to 2 days ago or the one today but they're not on the same page and they're not very friendly. When you drive up to pick up your prescriptions they let you sit there for a very long time and don't even acknowledge that they will be there with you in a few minutes. It is so rude my husband and I cannot believe how somebody can't just look at you and say I'll be with you in a moment. They totally ignore you and you have to wait forever there. Once again CVS does not do this and get to you very quickly. My business will go there from now on

I’ve been dealing with Walgreens for a couple years now. I can’t believe what they did regarding the prescription I was trying to transfer. I was told they sent it to the pharmacy that I wanted. The pharmacy said that they never received it. So I called the corporate office and made a case for it. They in turn said they couldn’t do anything for me and that the case would take several days when I had one dose left. Horrible customer service and experience. I will never go to them again.

Today i purchased Energizer 2032 Battery, 6 pack and it retailed for $21.99. I decided the check the price on Amazon and it is $8.48 for the exact same item. How can Walgreens justify such a huge increase? I'm officially done shopping there.

Two months in a row they call ME to pick up MY prescription!! Both times denied!! Same girl still wearing a mask!! Wish a representative would call me !!

My wife’s experience with Walgreens pharmacy was awful! I was given a prescription (a narcotic) that my doctor never prescribed to me. I took it for 7 days not knowing it was the wrong medication & that was reason why I was feeling awful!! I could not get the store manager or pharmacy manager on the phone. I went to the doctor the next day, explained what happened & was told they would report it. My doctors office also tried to contact Walgreens and was unable to get either manager on the phone!! So, I never got an apology for their error & it took them 2 weeks to fill the right RX!! I immediately changed to a different pharmacy company. I will NEVER go back to Walgreens again for ANY RX. I could have gotten hurt or died since I have a heart condition along with other medical problems. This situation was really stressful on my mental and physical health !! 😡. I would NEVER recommend them!! This was not the first time that I had problems with this RX or other medications. I also signed up to be notified when medication would be ready which was a hit & miss. They reset it for me & there was no change. So unfortunate that I have to double check everything now & get anxiety picking up my meds. Shame on you Walgreens!!

Walgreens pharmacy in McMinnville TN bought my pharmacy and now choose who gets meds on the date of 2\12\2024, the pharmacist pick and choose who gets there medicine and black flag me and I have done nothing wrong! And for 9 months I have been living in pain!!! All do to pharmacies that are playing doctor's and getting away with it 😭 shame to them that should haft to feel the pain of the sickness of the ones that are suffering 😭 to all of them that do this shame to you 🤬
