Well it would be helpful if they actually filled the prescriptions. They called me over a month ago to set-up all my meds to be filled the same day. They didn't fill them at all. I go today and get them filled. They said they had them all filled. I asked are you sure. I get home and one is missing. Now it isn't even showing that it was filled. It showed it earlier. I went back to get it and the store closed 15 minutes early. WTH?I wish I could have shut my store 15 minutes early. That is ridiculous. Be open until closing like you advertise.

My clipped coupon did not come off at the register the manager sees i have it clipped,but said oh well like nothing he could do????? Hummmmm..... This is not the first time I have had issues,I just tell them I don't want the items since this is dishonest to me. Really??? Why do customers have to worry if coupons come off or not?? Bring back the PAPER COUPONS!! We all want them!!!!!!! I will use up my rewards then washing my hands of this store for good

twice now i get 7.00 added to rewards points and when attempted to use the clerk failed to add the coupon to my account. Took receipt to tell them how they are doing and the survey had no place to rate Walgreen service.

Walgreens continues to disappoint. For the 10th time, I put in an online order. The order is transferred to my local store where 1 or more items is deleted from my order due to lack of availability. If they left the order for online shipping, I would actually get my complete order. Inevitably, the item that is cut, is the one I actually wanted.

Honestly Ive gone to three different stores recently and they each have been terrible. One of them rang up the wrong price , wouldn't adjust it and then refunded with gift cards even though I paid with my bank card. Then proceeded to tell my boyfriend he loos like George Costanza. My boyfriend was nothing but nice and helpful to these people, and he has depression and mental health issues so believe he ruminated over this for hours. He doesn't look like him, he has glasses and is balding, the guy said " maybe it's the glasses" . Then two different stores pick up orders, it does not matter if you ask to substitute, they just won't bother,even if it messes up a BOGO. Now I have to go back and return stuff. Oh and they never have stuff that they say they have or for the price they have and complaining does nothing. I am assuming it's store policy to be insulting, misleading and have poor customer service. I mean these are the people who were diagnosing people with "a drop of blood" despite not having any proof or evidence of it. If it's true the guy invested in that because of Katy Perry "Firework" then I'm the idiot for expecting anything better, lol

When is Walgreens going to move into the 21st century and install self-service registers? The Walgreens stores in my town have long lines at the checkout counters, so customers often have to wait lengthy periods of time. Self-service lanes might help with this inconvenience.

i had a prescription for a normal easy antibotic. It was called in on Friday night/Saturday morning? I could not get to the store before closing on Saturday , so I went on Sunday around noon. No one in line, so thought this should be quick. Gave them my name and was told that the prescritiption would be filled in 3 days due to a supply issue. Walgreen employees did not offer to call any of their other stores to see if they had it. Just told be to come back in 3 days. "no sorry? I picked up the phone and called CVS ACROSS the street. They had it in stock and said it would be ready in 20 mintues. "Why didn't I get a call from WALGREEN to just inform me that they did not have it in stock? "I EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!" I will not accept BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If your tired of bad service, then stand up and tell these stored to "GET THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE BETTER" That we will not accept it anymore
