This store sucks. The pharmacy worker hung up on me after I asked her to stop talking and listen to my question. She was frazzled and rude and couldn't help at all. Im changing to a responsible pharmacy. This walgreens pharmacy is closed on Saturday and Sunday. No evening hours. Worst service ever. NO MORE WALGREENS

Then they turn around and watch tht person Is this the professionalism of the employees now a days... The employee is in her 59's not a young person . I'm a regular customer and I w observed and watched this particular employee over and over... Stare customers intently as they approach her cash register. Whisper. Giggle and act so unprofessional. I called my Walgreens' store about a…
I called my Walgreens' store about a refill for prescription I had filled at this very store. The pharmacy tech said the prescription was at another store. I never changed the store I use, so why did Walgreens' change it, especially without notifying me?

1 star because there is no "Zero Star"…
1 star because there is no "Zero Star" rating. Okay, I am a disabled war veteran and I had surgery. The Provider constantly asked, "where do you want you prescriptions sent - I said "The VA" - It's Free even if it takes a few days for them to mail it. Well, they sent my pain killers to Walgreens. I hated that. I knew there was going to be problems. So, the hospital says they sent them to my local Walgreens, I go to pick them up and they say they have no record. Great, I'll just live with the pain, I guess. I get home and contact the corporate office. She looks and says" Nope, they had it. It's Friday and after hours now, SO I wait until Monday morning. I was told to pick them up there in the morning. I get there and they are having computer problems, SO I walk around the store, and I wait, eventually, I try again. They check the computer and .... Nope, we have nothing. I said, the Hospital said you have it and they have the verification that you had it since 3:30pm last Wednesday, On Friday, Your Corporate offices said you have it and that I can go pick it up. I get there too late and have to wait until Monday. I go Monday and again you don't, have it?" Does the right hand have any clue at all about the left? Do they no understand that while they F' around, you are in PAIN. This is how you treat customers? This is how you treat a disabled veteran/ Don't contact the hospital or the corporate office, just say, "Nope" and move on. I suffered for days with Tylenol as my only pain relief. I hop someday the pharmacy people need pain killers and get the same run around so they can just live with the pain they put me through. I seriously wish they would just declare Chapter 7 or 11 or whatever and go out of business so they would not be a burden any longer.
I let the hospital know how Walgreens failed to support their prescribed meds, I let the VA know how they treated a 100% disabled veteran and How I was made to suffer so that the hospital and the VA will not send Walgreens any business.

Weight Management $49
You pay Walgreen's $49 to meet with a nurse practitioner for a RX for GLP-1's. The fine print is very specific. You will pay that $49 every time you need a refill. They are also very specific about pricing. This is SELF-PAY only and the pricing is set by Lilly direct. Which at this time of review is 2.5mg for $299, 5mg for $399, and 7.5 and up for $449. It says all over the website INSURNACE NOT ACCEPTED.
I had my visit with the nurse got my script and it was filled by Walgreen's and was the $299. Easy peasy and I was pleased. When it came time to move up in doseage I paid the $49 again, got a RX for 5mg and it was sent to Walgreen's. Except this time they tried to run insurance they had on file for me. This of course was denied since my insurance doesn't cover the medication so the price was now $600. The "chat" help in the weight management section of the website is a joke, the people there don't know anything or care. They just kept sending a link to the website that states they don't set the pricing. I called the pharmacy direct and explained to the pharmacist what had happened it was supposed to be self pay. He could have cared less and told me there was nothing he can do.
I spent 2 hours on some crazy phone call tree getting sent all over to all these different departments just to get the med at the SELF-PAY price. Eventually even talking to the store manager. All useless.
I took the RX number I received for paying the $49 and had it filled at Amazon. It was the SELF-PAY price and all was well. Walgreen's is inept. They offer these services but don't know how to follow through. There is no system in place. There are hundreds if not thousands of online "pharmacies" that offer this service. I used Walgreen's because I trusted the brand and I get to use my local pharmacy. Too bad they can't handle something so simple. Save your $49 and go with anyone else.

No pharmacy sign indicating lunch hour
No pharmacy sign indicating lunch hour. Email stating I should pick up my RX. When I get there, they are at lunch. This is NOT posted under hours. Get your act together and become professional. No one shhould waste time and gas because there is not a pharmacist at all, which happened before, or because hours are not posted properly. This is the pharmacy in Collinsville, VA.

Walgreens Telehealth is absolutely a Scam
Tried to use Walgreens Telehealth to get a same day Rx for a UTI. I put in notes that I had had a UTI years ago, same symptoms. A “practitioner” replied that she could not prescribe me any meds and that I should see a PCP. Funny enough within minutes I had my Rx from another online provider after answering the same exact questions Walgreens asked. Walgreens still took my $39 and refused any refund. Total scam!

Poorest virtual healthcare and…
Poorest virtual healthcare and communication over ONE prescription. In the future I will pay ten times more to NOT have to go through this stupidest model of tele health I have ever seen. Paid $79 for one RX and spent the rest of the day trying to get the RX. No fewer than FIVE different providers answered the very delayed chat response system to answer questions and get the meds. Absolutely ridiculous. All the providers I might add, are from outside my state with prescribing rights for my state. Want to get ripped off by out of state nurse practitioners? Then use them. They suck.
