Purchased a product that was so awful, so unforgivably terrible, that I felt compelled to make a review on their website. Except, I was confused to find that the option to leave a review had been removed from the site. I checked other products and you could still leave a review for them - strangely, the option only existed for highly-rated items. You cannot leave a review for a bad product.

I placed my refill on Tuesday Nov 26th at the Elkton, MD location. I went on Saturday Nov 30th to pick it up. I was told they won't have it until Monday Dec 2nd. Well low and behold now being told maybe tomorrow or Wed and they can't transfer to a store that has it. Never ever again!! I will never leave the North East, MD store again!! Thankfully it's not meds that keep me alive. Disgusted is an understatement. *update- 12/3 meds ready but interesting little fact. I placed my refill online 11/26 they didn't even order it until yesterday, 12/2. So on top of everything, they lie thru there teeth

When I was returning a $13.99 item that was not open with my original receipt I was asked for my drivers license so they can scan it.this took place on 11/17/24 I’m still waiting for a call back from a manager in customer service. The other reviews are right their ATTITUDE SUCKS I eventually got my money back without showing my license after numerous calls and still no call back from management it’s amazing they are still open. I’ll give it maybe another year and they will be gone Nowhere in the store or on line stating a drivers license is required on returning merchandise. I’ll go out of my way to go somewhere else they don’t deserve 1/2 star

I made an appointment 11/30 for a virtual care appointment. (I needed an antibiotic for an infection on my skin from a vaccination on 11/24.) I paid $75 for a NP to tell me she couldn’t help after showing her my arm. She said I needed to go to urgent care to get steroids and hung up. Even though I said I had started an antibiotic (a left over prescription with only a few doses) and my arm was improving, This was a total waste of time and money, very disappointing. I went to an urgent care that is 24 miles from my home this morning and what did they prescribe? ANTIBIOTICS! I won’t use this service again.

My Walgreens virtual healthcare visit cost $75. I spoke with a lovely NP, and that was the end of it. She transmitted a prescription that, after 3 hours, was never received by my Walgreens pharmacy. No one ever read or responded to any of my many texts. My pharmacy closed for the night, and I didn't get the prescription I needed. I will ask for a refund tomorrow. Stay away, they are slow, uncaring, and unresponsive.

McLean Walgreens in chain bridge rd has Terrible customer service, rude staff with poor management. Pharmacy staff has poor skills, lacks expertise and even courtesy!!
