Walgreen's online doctor visit program is atrocious. It is nowhere near as convenient or efficient as they promote. After filling out a ton of paperwork, you are placed in a waiting line to see a doctor. There is no description of wait time. You enter a chat box and wait...and wait...and wait. 7 hours I waited. 7. Hours. I logged in at 8:14am and wasn't seen until 3:16pm. I typed in the comment box several times asking if I was still in line - no response. No prompts throughout the day to maintain contact with me or check in. I finally found a phone number hidden in one of the website pages and called. Twice. Neither time was helpful, although I was assured the maximum wait time was 4 hours. In the end, the doctor showed up but didn't use a camera so I couldn't even see who was asking me medical questions. $75 (you have to pay upfront), 7 hours waiting, and a 7 minute phone call to tell me to go get a COVID test and over the counter medicine. Unf'ing believable. If you have a job - this is not a convenient option. You're chained to your computer screen hoping someone gives a sh*t enough to make sure you're still there. It is clear to me that the doctors in the his program see you BETWEEN their regularly scheduled patients all day. You are squeezed in when it's convenient for them. If you aren't feeling well, this is not the method to seek assistance. It was a waste of $75 and 7 hours of my life. I will never use this service again.

This place is so dang slow I’ll be fallin asleep in line. Both pharmacy and store I’m waiting all day. Whackest place I’ve ever been and I will never go back. I’ll make sure everyone I know doesn’t go there either. This place should be closed down for good!

This is the worst pharmacy ever. They are rude and slow. Walgreens gives drug dealers a bad name. Their phone bank can keep you on hold for an excruciatingly long time then hang up on you before you can speak to a real human. Their system also texts saying PRESCRIPTION READY then when you go to pick it up the pharmacy staff is like ummmmm huh? Duhhh

Absolutely horrible. I paid to have my medicine delivered yesterday 01/30/25 I called them today 01/31/25 to get an update on the delivery. That was at 11 a.m. it's 4:38 p.m. and my medicine hasn't arrived yet. The worst part i told them my family member could pick it up around 12:30 p.m. and they informed me that I had to cancel the order in the system so that means I have to wait for them to release the hold on my card and who knows how long or many days that would take. I've been without my meds for over 2 weeks and finally got the money to get my meds and CAN'T GET MY MEDS. How stupid is that, no wonder your stores are closing you hired the wrong people, especially the ones at 1500 S. Irby street Florence, SC. Horrible service. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Because obviously the customer isn't always right nor do their needs matter. Your delivery has been canceled but all the while the system said the medicine was out for delivery i have pics of both. Do anyone who has eczema know what it feels like when you don't have the ointment to put on your skin. Your skin starts to crack open and feels like you're being peeled all because they wouldn't allow me to Pick my medicine up now they tell me the card didn't go through but there is still a hold ln on mybcarr from where I paid for the service. But now I can't get my meds when I should have had them yesterday. WTAF! I need my medicine and money back

Throughout all of the pharmacies I’ve personally been through, including multiple states, dozens upon dozens of other pharmacists, the current pharmacist here is absolutely horrid. Egregious and no professional character nor sympathy for his patients. Walgreens should be ashamed by his employment & behavior and demeanor towards his patients. He is extremely rude, and you’d expect at least mediocre care from Walgreens, but I promise, stray far away from this pharmacy. The only person with professionalism and sympathy for their patients is Hannah. However, again, your pharmacist is horrendous and should not be treating or guiding patients in any form. I know I’m not alone.

The pharmacy at the 12405 Brandon ST, Anchorage AK is the worst I have ever seen. Closed often during posted business hours. The staff is rude and does not care if you get your life saving meds. Say it is ready and they haven't even pulled it. Tell you to come back another day. Don't use them.

They have all these products on sale. Cashier says they are for online orders? So if I go into the store it's a middle finger but if I am lazy I get discounts! Got it! This is a terrible way to treat in person customers.

Online photo order was delivered to the store (confirmed via FedX) but the store never confirmed delivery due to complete disorganization and non-functioning computers. I helped staff find my package based on the box measurements provided by FedX. Nowhere on the label was my name, just "store manager" hence some confusion finding it. Image quality (on mugs) was too dark and the text was illegible. Would not recommend until they make some improvements.
