Pharmacy rep absolutely judged me and apparently could not count. I have a restricted medication she told me three times I should have enough for 'past now' but had no past now date I managed to get her to phone my Dr he fixed it immediately.

Product they sold me," Sure Paws Pet-Friendly Ice Melter" by Compass Minerals America, Inc,, Overland Park, KS, 66610. It has created a staining problem in my garage and driveway by not releasing moisture to dry out. Compass said to clean it with Dawn and vinegar three times to remove it. However I am starting my fourth time. It is seventy degrees today and I have a fan blowing on it to dry it out. It may be some better. Don't know if it will solve my problem. I would be careful not to purchase this product from any outlet.

Walgreens mail order has been under the name Alliance for some years. We had been ordering my wife's prescriptions there. They claim they switched all records to their new name, Walgreens Mail Service. We've tried for two weeks to refill her prescriptions and they insist it's the insurance tha was cancelled in 2024. Not true She's had UMR for 13 years. Various robots in their call center have a different excuse for the problem. A supervisor supposedly fixed the problem but the order didn't go through. Spent 3 hours to get nowhere. Switched to Optum. Never again will we use Walgrens.

This is the absolute WORST pharmacy I've ever been to. Delays,shortages.These people don't care about your time.Last month it took me 3 trips to get 1 month prescription.Just sat there for an hour,they come up to me and said I'm sorry,we are out.These people are so incompetent it took that am hour to find out they didn't have any.They should not be dealing with peoples prescription.

The cashier Was so rude and disrespectful racist, and the whole time on her phone referring to me as the N-word I am so upset about the service I received from Ashley today. I have never dealt with such rule this disrespect and she should not be on her phone in the front at the register and get an attitude because I come up and say excuse me can you pass me a basket please you’re not doing anything but you gonna tell me they’re all full give me a small one. I asked if you could empty and give me a large one because what I’m getting. I need a large one you tell me the way and then when she felt like it, she picked up the large basket which three items throw into the smaller basket. and then give it to me when I go to check out she tells the lady at her register Junko anywhere because I don’t want to serve her so I will wait I get off-line to go find a manager afterwords I come back she has another lady at her register and she repeats it don’t go nowhere I don’t want to serve her The lady was very upset waited for me to come outside to tell me what she said. I am so disappointed in the treatment that I received today, February 22, 2025 at the Hempstead Walgreens.

The Walgreens Westport rd location in Louisville has gone extremely downhill. The service is the worst out of any pharmacy that I’ve ever been to. Not only are the hours crazy inconvenient but they shutdown at random times so you never know when they will be open. The worst part is when you try to pickup a prescription it’s rarely ever ready even though their website says it’s ready. I could go on and on about the terrible experiences my family has had. I’ve had enough and plan to take all of our business elsewhere

Local Walgreens (Gloversville, NY) left me a voice-mail last Friday, 2/14/25, at 6:31 pm. The pharmacist wanted to discuss one of my meds. I tried to call back but they had just closed the pharmacy at 7. I went in to the store the next day but no one knew anything (shocking, I know) and that pharmacist wasn't in. Called today (Monday) and again no one knows anything and the pharmacist doesn't remember. Also, there's no record of the call because those are deleted every few days. Weekends included. Now, I'm going crazy wondering if it was something important. To me. obviously NOT TO THEM! I recently switched to them from Rite Aid because, Idiots and closed on the weekends. NOW where do I go?????

Worst customer service ever, they have 4 people working behind the counter, one is vacuuming the other filling prescriptions, one on the phone and the other not sure what they were doing, waited in the drive window for 20 min, finally the one that was vacuuming came to my assistance.
