And I was mishandled and handle and it gets worse than this, but not only should just never been allowed to take in place. The walgreen pharmacist was extremely rude, tell me that I had to take my wife to rehabilitation center after my wife losing one of her sleeping pils. This was unacceptable from a medically professional trained pharmacist. I hope there is a management system that sunction this practices. They are not here to make remarks unprofessional and I feel being insulted by a person who is suppose to be helping us.

OMG how many times has Walgreens given me a "guaranteed delivery" that day, only to be told it would come 2- 4 - DAYS LATER!!!??? I checkout before 2pm, my meds are ready, so what's happening??? I'm only 1 mile away!? So who has my meds during this time - a stranger from Uber or Walgreens??? This is scary. Also, I take certain Rx's off "automatic refill" because I either have too much or am not even using that medication anymore. Lo & behold, it's filled against my wishes & I get constant emails, texts & calls about how my Rx (I DID NOT need) is ready for pickup!? What's 10x worse than this is that I got a 90-day prescription & guess what? I only got 60 pills!?!? They're constantly miscounting my Rx's, or trying to only fill "part of it" so I what - have to go back twice in 1 week just to get my whole Rx? Nobody has time for that!? PS - "date of experience"? I can't pick multiple dates, otherwise I'd pick the entire last year to-date. They've gone downhill & i wouldn't use Walgreens at all except that my insurance forces me to. Otherwise I'd change to CVS in a heartbeat.

Apparently even the simplest prescriptions cannot be filled at Walgreens in less than two days. Although this is a new prescription, it is a medication that I’ve had before and exactly the same circumstances. My doctor sent it in, and they put it on hold. Doctor contacts them again, and again they put it on hold. A day passes with no change, and I contact them myself. Someone who seems to not want to be there begrudgingly takes the hold off with apparently a single key stroke. No explanation. No apology for the delay. Absolutely no care at all except that they want you to get off the phone and leave them alone. I am then told that they will begin working on it and I should contact them tomorrow. The original prescription should’ve been filled on Thursday and it is now Saturday and there is no indication that they will finish working on it anytime soon. From the time they finally released the hold until I am writing this review they have been working on counting out 30 pills for about 11 hours.

Transferring from Walmart Pharmacy to Walgreens Pharmacy has been nothing less than frustrating. I read the horrible reviews but figured I was just going to pickup prescriptions located by my workplace since it's closer than a 17 minute drive once I pass my home. Well, I filled out all the information after logging into my Walgreen account (I have 10 prescriptions so you lost out big time WorstGreen), and after filling out everything on my first try using Google Chrome, I would press the red button "Continue" and nothing happened. I scrolled up and down and there was no indication or feedback that something was missing or needed something in order to proceed. I attempted through Microsoft Edge (painstakingly typed all 10 prescription info again), and the same issue happened. I haven't used Walgreen for over 10 years until now so it's not like I had to delete cookies, etc. to make this happen. I finally contacted chat and the Pharmacy Tech (real person named Diego, and not the chatbot since that couldn't even decipher what I needed, told me I have to go in person. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I would rather waste gas despite all the March 2025 headaches this year has brought upon any human being and shop for discount food AND GIVE MY MONEY to Walmart who never dissapoints me!!

I placed an order online with standard shipping. Check back later and 3/4 items have been cancelled, and one shipped. I see the words Payment Issue. So I chat, and they tell me (Jessica W. who was rude af) "You are very welcome. I do apologize for this inconvenience. It looks like the order didn't go through successfully to the store. Your order was split up between three different Walgreens locations." and that "System issues happen. I do apologize but this isn't mine or the companies fault. You will not be charged for the items. ". It is absolutely the company's fault. You know that's not how online shopping works JESSICA WALKER AND WALGREENS. TERRIBLE. Takes no accountability. Filed a complaint against her being rude, as well as completed the survey at the end.

I thought the drive thru was to pick up prescriptions that were ready, not to have to wait behind people who just turned them in. The pharmacy should have told that person to drive around and get in the line again, instead of making the growing number of cars wait for 30 mins. Several cars behind me left. Then, when I finally got to the window, my Rx was not ready, when an employee called me today and said that it was. I'm having all my prescriptions changed to CVS after being with Walgreens for over 10 years.This happened at the store in Arlington, Tx on North Collins.

The company received the request to refill a prescription but was delayed due an insurance issue. A week before another prescription was successfully dispensed with the new insurance but company failed to update all prescriptions in file for customer. Spoke with Mya at the Bee Ridge Store at Beneva. She said it would be ready at 2:30pm which didn’t happen. It was ready a few hours later at 7:15pm. Does anyone out there recommend a pharmacist you can trust? This company doesn’t seem to value their customers and treat them like like idiots. Walgreens - shame on your business practices and take your clients as idiots. You suck!!!
