the worst pharmacy and staff. They have my wife's pharmacy and insurance approval. They refuse to count to ten and fill it because they are closing in a half hour. She is in incredible pain. The pharmacy tech was rude and lazy. Lost a client forever

i have had so many issues with pharmacy starting with they never answer their phones. I have been talked down to on more than one occasion. I have been lied to by pharmacist. They have refused to fill legit prescriptions. They brag store manager can't do anything. They treat me like I am a drug addict, I can t help I have chronic conditions. I am having to cancel my surgery that is 2 days way because they won't fill my post op meds. I am already in search of another pharmacy that will put my health and needs 1st. I was waiting on pharmacist to talk to me in the store and he waited on someone who came in after me. I have been using same pharmacy for many years and the last 6 months they have been horrible, rude and condescending. If they don't fill my post op meds all of my 20 plus meds will be transferred to another pharmacy and I will no longer spend all the money I spend there waiting on my scripts.

Walgreens Pharmacy refuses to transfer my current medication prescriptions to my new Mail order Pharmacy as they want my money.

I was on hold for 34 minutes to ask a question about my script. Someone would pick up and put me back on hold. I had to call the 877 number and got connected in less than 3 minutes. Pharmacy told me my medication brand was not in stock. I would need to come in the next day after 2 pm. Wow Walgreens you are slipping. You were always better then other Pharmacies in the neighborhood. You lost all you good customer service employees.

I wanted to vent on Reddit through the Walgreens thread but didn’t realize it was for employees so I talked about the visa vanilla gift cards and how I purchased and loaded it with 300 dollars and realized four of the numbers where scratched off before I even made it outside I quickly returned to show what it was only to be told no refunds and noticed they where not at all surprised. Well Reddit let me understand what the environment around these gift cards at Walgreens is really like and after dealing with the visa vanilla gift card customer service and a Walgreens mgr I see it’s a money trap niether want anything to really do with helping and in short there is no refund the one I got looks very much so like inside job Walgreens understands this and instead of considering taking theft prone gift cards off shelves they simply implement a no refund policy I’m sure do to there data telling them this item is very compromised they care not for us the consumer walgreens doesn’t really care about us

after waiting for 2hr on hold with what started with only 3 callers ahead of me is very disappointing that they can’t even take the time to address my concerns about them not having my medication i understand why they have a low customer satisfaction rating

Your company is negligent. Downright negligent. I guess I am supposed to skip a refill for my Quetiapine 200 mg. I last picked it up on 2-28-2025, but it cannot be refilled till 4-22-2025, according to the chat representative. I am going to be without my Quetiapine. Quetiapine. I guess I get to take a month’s break from it? I have to contact you people literally every month. I have proof from your customer service online chat person. I was gonna post the screenshots from the customer representative on the online chat, but it looks like it’s not an option on this platform. I contact you people every, single month with errors like this. I am going to the BBB. You lost your chance to finally rectify the fact that there are errors every, single month I try to get a refill. And now you want me to go an entire month without my psychiatric medication? Negligent. I could see one error in the system, but it’s every, single month that something like this occurs. Every, single month. If I have to post to your social media in order to get my QUETIAPINE, so be it. Every, single month I have to talk to you people about some kind of issue. Not blaming the representative himself, but your company over all. Edit: The store manager where I pick up my medication left me on hold for an entire hour when I called to get my issue investigated.
