This place is HORRIBLE. I have called in for my prescription several times, and when I call back, each pharmacy tech tells me there is no order for my medication. I called again today, 05/07/2025, and the pharmacy tech told me she would submit the order, and it will be ready on Friday, 05/09/2025. I will check Friday, if it's not ready, I will never return there. I wish I could provide a negative ZERO (0) rating; this is how horrible this place truly is.

Amazingly consistent poor service. A guy came in from the drive up Rx window very angry that the pharmacist left him waiting so long he had to come in the store. The Survey on the receipt is not working but does take you to non Walgreens sites.

I do all my shopping online. Walgreens.com has the worse website for ordering. I get excited to use my codes and get some great deals but there's ALWAYS glitches. I've spent hours trying to get everything to run smoothly. I finally get to the "Submit Order" (after messing with the site throughout day, and it won't go through due to "site issues." Walgreens.com has ISSUES every single time I order. I keep telling myself to stop trying to shop at Walgreens.com because the entire experience is stressful.

I attempted to pay for a $14 pickup order, across the course of 2 hours, making multiple calls to the credit card bank & Walgreens customer service, attempting to learn why the site kept rejecting the payment, only to, finally, be told ANY address with a PO Box is automatically declined. They could have saved me a lot of aggravation if they had just included that info inside the payment screens. Amazon sure doesn't have to worry much about these folks.

I agree, if I could give a zero star rating for the Clinton MD location I would do so. How is it that every single month for a recurring prescription, it is always on back order. And always for a minimum of three weeks. By the time I get my prescriptions it’s time to refill again. And they have the gall to have an attitude The pharmacist is rude, the pharmacy techs are rude. This is why Walgreens receives constant complaints and people leaving

After 40 years of being a loyal customer, I’m feeling like Walgreens is trying to thin out the hard, so to speak. After changing locations (I needed a Walgreens closer to my home due to a recently amputated leg and now having to pay a caregiver to pick up my prescriptions), I was told that in order to get my medications at once, I would have to not take my medications for about 6 days. Because it was Pulmonary Embolisms, going without was taking a chance with my life. I’m seriously baffled that this pharmacist was pissed when I refilled my prescriptions the next month. So, other problems were created so, again, my prescriptions can’t be filled at the same time. So, because I CARE about my life and see that there are so many people that are experiencing these problems, I’m going to do something about it. I’m going to the Ferndale Walgreens with a sign and hopefully people who are unaware, will go anywhere else! I’m saddened that 99.999 percent of you will write your review of the bad things Walgreens does. Unfortunately, it’s CLEAR that Walgreens won’t change a damn thing as referenced by the thousands of reviews online. Isn’t it our responsibility to do something? I beg you, do something, anything, so that Walgreens will straighten their act up

If I could give zero stars, I would. The pharmacy never answers the phone. How is it that one caller ahead of me can be on the phone for 2 hrs.? Just to be spiteful, I put the phone on speaker and watch TV or clean because I know they won't answer the phone. The pharmacy needs to be shut down at all locations- Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Lynnwood, etc., shut them all down. How are patients supposed to get medicine filled? Shut them all down!
