Walgreens is often out of prescriptions I need and with the narrow window the insurance allows for refilling, I've run out several times. I live less than a half mile from their store. After it happens over and over it becomes frustrating. Worse are the excuses about how they can't get the amount they need. Meanwhile, the Walmart pharmacy almost always has what I need in stock. Unfortunately, it's also 25 miles away.

I wish I could give zero stars. Walgreens is the most mismanaged store I have ever dealt with. Let me start I am someone who is dying. I rely on pharmacy to get the drugs I need to stay alive with what little time I have left. I go there today to not even get a drug only diabetic test strips. As I can barely walk and live in severe pain due to taking Pfizer vaccine and it has ruined my heart and caused my legs to have blood clots throughout. Causing my body to swell uncontrollably with fluid. Today I needed test strips so I go to the drive thru. They inform me that they cannot charge my insurance without me coming inside. I can barely walk. I asked for someone to come outside. They inform me they don't have a way to do this. What if I am in a wheelchair which I was for 2 yrs. How do they dispense them then. As usual no one in the store will sign the stupid kiosk but I ask them what if I send my friend or family member to pick them up?? He says then they sign the kiosk. So I said sign it. The Pharmacist informed me it's not the same. I said I'm here I'm telling you go ahead and sign it. He wouldn't so in order to get them I had to hobble inside. This is sickening. F****** test strips. In this day & age why not have a tablet. I'm sure Walgreens can afford it.

FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS, MY DOCTOR HAS E-SCRIBED MY PRESCRIPTION TO WALGREENS. EACH TIME THEY WERE OUT AND DIDN'T BOTHER TO ORDER THE MEDICATION UNTIL I CALLED THEM TO CHECK ON IT. YESTERDAY, I CALLED AT 3:3O TO SEE IF MY PRESCRIPTION WAS READY. I WAS TOLD IT WAS BEING FILLED. I TOLD THEM I WOULD STOP BY AFTER WORK. WHEN I GOT THERE, I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY WERE OUT OF THE MEDICATION AND DID I WANT THEM TO ORDER IT. THEY COULDN'T TELL ME WHEN THEY WOULD HAVE IT. I LEFT!

The phone jockeys behave like 12 year Olds and speak bad english.If AI tells you there's 1 call ahead of you they will pass you over 5 times or more.Rudest behaviour they would never do in front of me cause I would not be shy to serve them.If there was a different pharmacy I would go to them but there isnt.Walgreens won't do well giving bad customer service, they act like little brats

You should have a zero rating. I’m on prescription medicine that I need daily. The store was out of stock so they just cancelled the order. I went to the store to see what can be done or to transfer to another Walgreens and they could not. Then had problem with insurance and after 15 days of trying to work through I’m going to get it filled at CVS. If this was the first time, it would be one thing but it is always horrible service!

They are the worst in the area. I have doctors sending prescriptions and they play games and then say come back or lie and say they haven’t received them. They don’t answer the phone, the clowns that work there have no sense of urgency when 7 cars are lined up. Then you get up to the window and they ignore you: hoping you go away. Then they mumble and you can’t understand them. They are so out of it and unprofessional. Everyone else in the world does their job why can’t they do theirs? They should be shutdown.

This issue happened at the Walgreens located at 4361 Highway 24, Anderson, SC 29626. As a regular customer and Pokémon TCG collector, I’ve been really disappointed with how this store is handling Pokémon card stock. I personally saw an employee buy out the entire Pokémon TCG display before it even hit the shelves—leaving nothing for the rest of us. On top of that, I’ve had multiple pickup orders canceled, even after watching the items go in stock live. It’s extremely frustrating to have your order canceled while the inventory seems to disappear internally. Walgreens needs to enforce strict purchase limits on high-demand items like Pokémon cards and ensure that employees aren’t getting early or unfair access. Customers shouldn’t have to compete with staff just to buy something off the shelf. A little fairness and oversight would go a long way in keeping loyal customers like me coming back.

First let me state, if i could give zero stars I would and I don't take that lightly. Our company orders 90 for the price of 60 days for prescriptions available that way. I have had two major shortages of pills that are life saving pills since January and May hasn't even finished. They lied to me multiple times, telling me that it was my doctors fault, who I have been under his care for over 30 years. When I called my doctor, they not only told me that Walgreens was lying about the quantity, but sent me a copy of the script. During my 7 attempts to fix these issues, I am now short, 180 tablets of one drug, and where all of my prescriptions were written at one time, Walgreens has not filled them at the same time. now i have 4 prescriptions coming from them with three different dates. I hope this causes me a seizure so they can meet my attorney. So I have temporarily used out of pocket monies to get my scripts filled and will work my hardest to ensure, no other fine people have to experience this horrible service. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS THERE IS NO OTHER OPTION. If that is the case, I feel sorry for you. I also was pushed from rep to rep lying to me. each time I has asked for a supervisor (trying not to be a Karen) they just moved me internally.
