DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!! If you need to fill a prescription to get relieve for you/your kid/your loved one, go anyway else. There is usually a CVS JUST DOWN THE ROAD, and Walmart pharmacy are everywhere. My child was sick and in pain. I asked the doctor the send the prescription to Walgreens of Lebanon rd in Frisco. I went to pickup and drive through said it didn’t see the prescription. I went inside, and asked them to please check again. I was told that they did had the prescription information, but it wasn’t ready because they just received it…. I asked how soon they could have it and they said 1 hour. I took my kid home to get her comfortable. Got my sick kid back in the car and went back to the pharmacy 1 1/2 hours later (giving them an extra 30min to get it). I had to waited 30 minutes in the drive through line, just to be told that they didn’t have ANY record of her prescription. I again parked and went inside to see what the issue was, and I was told they didn’t receive any prescription for my daughter. I asked for the lady that had talked to me before (and said to come back in 1 hour), and they said she left.. I asked the pharmacy technician that was still there (and who I had asked a question about the prescription), and she said that she didn’t know anything…. That she remembered talking with me, but she wasn’t paying attention to what I needed. I asked why I was told that they didn’t have t he s prescription and to come back, and the rude attendant just said I don’t know I just got here, and promptly told me to leave because he didn’t know anything!!!!! In general I don’t wish bad to others, but I do to this people! My child deserved to have her medication and the relief that the prescription that the medicine was meant to provide and not only she didn’t get it, but also she had to spend hours in the car instead of at home resting. YHIS PROPLE ARE A DISGRACE!!!! Go anywhere else

Unapologetic incompetence, horrible customer service. The person who answered the phone in the pharmacy kept talking over me, did not listen to what I was asking, was unable to answer basic questions and just put me back on hold without notice. I was on hold for more than 30 minute.

Do not use Walgreens for online orders of OTC meds and other items from their store. They are a cluster. I placed an order for OTC vitamins and a couple of food products. Walgreens claimed the delivery would be at a particular time. I got to notices that said they were unable to meet the delivery time so since I needed a few items immediately, I contacted the store and offered to come pick up the items. As a result of that, I told them to refund the delivery tip to my payment method. As with a prior order, I thought that when I placed my order, I would be picking it up at a particular store location--especially since I modified my online orders by getting items that were purportedly in sock at that particular store. When I called to make arrangements to pick the items up, no one advised that the items had to be picked up at a store 4 miles from me rather than the store that I thought I had ordered from which was 1.18 miles from me. I also specified that I did not want to come into the store, so the agreement was to pick it up at the pharmacy drive-through. I confirmed this arrangement right before I got to my car to go pick up my order. Needless to say, when I arrived at the drive-through window, they did not have my order or knew nothing about it. I ended up going in the store and speaking to the store manager who confirmed that my order was not at their store. Because everything was a cluster....I decided to cancel the order and refused to buy the products at the store I thought I was filling my order. I did get confirmation that they had refunded my driver's tip...and when I got home I noticed that they had refunded $24.85 of my $62.56 order. I waited sometime, hoping to get notification of the return of $37.71 but it never came so I called Walgreens CS and they said the remaining money was processed and it would probably take seven business days to post to my account. Fast forward to today (June 27, 2025), I called Walgreen to check on my remaining $37.71. The CS representative told me that it had ALREADY been processed as of June 17 and the money was returned to PayPal--even though that refund is not reflected on my PayPal statement. The Walgreen CS representative then gave me a Transaction ID for the return of the $37.71 and promptly told me that the problem was between me and PayPal. She could not understand why the CS representatives on my earlier calls to Walgreen advised that the payment would show up on my account within seven business days. I promptly called and talked to a person at PayPal. They advised that there was no Transaction ID with the number given to me by Walgreens. I told them what occurred and PayPal advised that they would follow up with Walgreens and will make sure I get my $37.71. What Walgreens fails to realize is that I am OCD when it comes to documents and phone calls and I will not be taken advantage of by them or anyone else. In addition to filing a complaint with PayPal, I also filed a dispute with my bank since I did not use PayPal credit. Instead I used Paypal to pay for the items through my bank. I will also no longer use Walgreens for any pharmacy or other needs. They have gone downhill and this is the second time I have had issues with an online order. They are not dependable or reliable and you can not trust any information on their websites and their staff is poorly trained. If I continue to have issues with them, I will attach the documents that I will submit in my disputes against Walgreens with Paypal and my bank. Excuse any typos/grammatical errors. I am pissed and typing really fast. I see why Walgreens decided to be bought by a private equity firm.

I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy because of the pharmacist, Megha. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy. As a customer, I felt disrespected and ignored when I tried to express my concerns. The technician didn’t greet me when I arrived for a vaccine, and they loudly shared personal information like date of birth and full names in front of others—something that should have been handled with more privacy. I was called back and forth multiple times due to poor communication, and when I brought this up, Megha became defensive instead of listening. What made it worse was that she tried to bring up a discount her technician gave —as if that excuses her behavior. It’s not about money. It’s about basic respect and professionalism, which she clearly needs training on. My parents also felt uncomfortable with the way things were handled. I only came to this location because of James, the pharmacy manager, who is always professional and helpful. But because of Megha’s behavior, I’m switching to CVS. I hope district management takes action and provides proper customer service training especially around empathy and communication to this pharmacist. I dont know who appointed this lady as pharmacist. She didn’t even apologize to me, even though I was polite and respectful. While all the technicians were standing and helping customers, she sat in the chair acting like a big boss. District manager needs to pull the videos and watch and because I contacted CVS to confirm the name of the vaccine, she started talking nonsense about trust while giving vaccines to my parents. Why would I need to trust her in the first place? I have every right to verify information it’s about my parents health, not about trusting someone blindly. These poor reviews speak the ultimate truth,the pharmacist seemed utterly lost and the pharmacy tech are none the better. Be careful with these people especially if you are transferring from Rite aid, they will be so quick to say "WE DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY MEDICATION REQUEST" when it overflowing in their queues that HAVE NOT been reviewed. I waited a total of 70 minutes for 1 prescription.

If I could give the Walgreens Pharmacy on 249 & Graham ZERO stars I would. How and why would you put back a prescription that you said would be available for pick up through 6/14/2025, then put it back. This is NOT the first time this issue has occurred at this Walgreens Pharmacy. This particle Walgreens Pharmacy has fallen in integrity and service to its customers.

Not sure they do anything right. Between charging so much more then everybody else, getting prescriptions marked as done and they are not. Just frustrating!

Walgreens Pharmacy at 18300 Governors Hwy, Homewood, IL. Their service or lack thereof is horrible. Long Long wait times to pick up prescriptions.They never answer the phone always a recording stating more than 3 calls ahead of you. No matter how long you are on hold no one ever answers your call you are eventually disconnected. I am transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. Their corporate office is also worthless.I experience this horrible service constantly..
