Only use this store for My Meds and leftover holiday candy. The pharmacy is good, could be faster and allow 1 to 2 days before to refill your prescriptions.

They send numerous emails, texts and calls for days stating my RX are ready then when I arrive, I’m told they’re not ready yet. They also send repetitive messages about Rxs I’ve ALREADY picked up

I am highly disappointed because I was to receive a cash reward of 7$ if i spend 25$ which i did but just because I used some of my other cash reward to pay for my purchase I didn't receive the reward Unlike CVS u can use your reward and still get rewards Can you tell me why is that Ms. Esco Thanks

It's like pulling teeth to even get a review,And all I want to say is kudos to the manager of the pharmacy at Walgreens in Roswell NM Who has been my go to person for at least 15 years maybe more I don't know his last name Paul is his first, Throughout the years when a problem arose we could count on Paul to get us through it and there were many. When Paul got sick and wasn't there and the pharmacy was definitely going down hill I almost went to a different pharmacy Then one day he was back and right off the bat we had a problem and Paul tried to rectify it.I am so grateful for all Paul's help May GOD BLESS HIM AND HEAL Him.

We needed Covid tests within 3 days before arriving in a foreign country. Walgreens in Rhinelander, WI, offered tests with results in 2 hours, sent by email. We had the tests and received our results 1 WEEK LATER! We decided to call where we had the tests, and the staff was kind enough to email us the results within minutes. THANKS FOR THAT KINDNESS. BE SURE TO CALL IS YOU DON'T GET YOUR RESULTS AS SOON AS PROMISED. When we called, we were told, "Oh, yea, there has been trouble with the system." If that was known, we should have been advised to call rather than waiting until the next day causing us stress about getting our information needed.

Walgreens prices are among highest in Nation ! Forcing lifetime customers into new markets !

On January 6,2022 I purchased an Amazon gift card for$50.00. When the person went to use it the card showed error not activated. I have the receipt showing it was activated and the activation number. Walgreens claims it's not their problem and Amazon claims it's Walgreens problem I am out$50.00 and look like a jerk to the person I gave it to,this is actually a thieft of my money. I strongly suggest that no one by an Amazon gift card from Walgreens or from Amazon for that matter.

On their website they show a price of $9.99 for 17.9oz of Smoothlax (same as Miralax) with a buy one get one 1/2 off offer. So if you buy two 17.9oz SmoothLax purchased ONLINE it's $14.98. In store the price for ONE 17.9oz Smoothlax is $20.00. That's my first complaint. Why is there such a huge discrepancy in the online and store prices? Because of the price difference I purchased the 2 bottles online and opted for same day delivery for $5.99. They added a tip for the driver of $3.00 and with tax the whole thing came to $23.97 for 2 bottles. It would have cost almost as much if I had bought just one in the store. My second complaint is that the merchandise was NOT BAGGED so that the driver, my neighbors, the doorman - everybody could see what was being delivered to me. Suppose this was an extremely personal item? Are they that cheap that they can't put delivery items in a bag? If this is how they deliver with a driver, why don't they state that UP FRONT? I don't really need the doorman knowing that someone in my apartment is constipated. So for overcharging in store and not properly packaging they get a 2 1/2 rounded up to 3 since there isn't a 2/12 selection.Thanks Walgreens.
