Worst customer service in my life. I walked in with a FedEx package for drop off with the label in my hand. The Walgreen associate looks at me and said we cannot touch the label but you can buy tape on Isle 10. At this point I was about to give the associate hell. I have never dropped a package regardless of USPS, UPS, or FedEx and been told the above!! More so to buy tape! Since I am a nice person, I turned around and walkout and drove 1 mile up the road to a postal center. No issues with them as usual. Gave the box and label, and the kind person taped it on and scanned it with saying have a good day. I replied stay safe, and thanks!

If there is 0 I would give the Bartram Park beach 0. Poor service! Lack customer support and I won’t recommend spending money on this business. Poor poor service. It’s a waste of time to do business with them

We jjust got scammed for 300 dollars , we never bought anything there not ever for 300 dollars, The bank won’t give back the money, because Walgreens won’t do it , their employers must ask for aphoro ID besides the credit card ,because there are a lot of scams now. But they just don’t care , Walgreens must do something when people go and pay with a credit card , even online they need to ask for security questions when someone buy merchandise online , they need to do something , that way people won’t get robbed!!!😡😡😡

They make it impossible to Unsubscribe from emails on their site. One more reason to Hate Walgreens.

COVID vaccine scheduled for 2:00. Manager said pharmacy won’t be open until 3:00. Fourth vaccine experience at different pharmacies all very smooth but for Walgreens. Here for our 2nd vaccine scheduled for 2:00. Sign says not back until 2:30. Website states lunch is 1:30-2:00. Again, why schedule appointments, if they can’t keep them.

Twice I have ordered photo prints and twice I received email saying they are ready but twice I have gone to get them and twice they can't find them

I tried to call store. The voicemail system is extremely frustrating! Can't understand you and then goes back to beginning. Won't let u talk to human! When I finally got sales person she was rushed and hung up on me. Come on. Walgreens! If you have to have auto system, update it and know we don't appreciate this for decades!

I went to pick up a prescription at the Rodney Parham store in Little Rock and there was a vehicle in front of me and I waited in line behind that person for at least twelve menus. I am usually asked to pull to the side if my prescription isn’t ready and someone will let me know when it is ready or I can come back later. When I drove up to the window the guy that waited on me needs training in customer service, although it should be common sense to greet the customer. The first thing out of his mouth was “what can I get for you”.? ...not hello how can I help you or something along those lines. I’ve never had this problem before but I am transferring my prescriptions to CVS pharmacy. I always pick up my brother’s meds from CVS and they are really big on customer service.
