20 May, 2021 Unsolicited cold call from local Walgreens on New Haven Ave West Melbourne FL. Normally I wouldn't pick up unless I knew I had a refill ready at the store, however... I had just picked up the day before. Hello, this is a (female) pharmacist at your local Walgreens on New Haven. How are you? Are you ***? What is your date of birth? Are you taking you heart medication regularly? (I recently refilled this prescription) Would you like to register for auto refill every 90 days? No. Why are you asking this? Your Insurance Co wants to verify. Well then, they should be asking my provider. Have you had a flu shot or the shingles booster. I don't do the flu shot and I had the Zoster, no booster required. There is a new shingles shot, two dose. Listen this is nothing but a sales call This is beneath a professional. (I don't think this caller was a pharmacists at all)!!! Walgreens put this person up to this to drum up business, (To insure they are the chosen pharmacy for your medications, and, come in and let us give you our flu and shingles shots also) (they get paid for this) I'm very annoyed and moving all of my prescriptions out of Walgreens to another pharmacy whom does not resort to this kind of harassment, and by the way, doesn't charge for BP medication among others.

At Walgreens pharmacy Bonita Springs FL, the pharmacy screwed up prescription. After a delay of several days and 3 wasted pickup attempts was finally able to pick it up. Glad it was not life threatening issue otherwise I would be in poor hands. The service and communication on this was so bad I'll switch to cvs, publix or walmart pharmacy next time

Walgreens notified me that my prescription was ready, so I made a special trip out there. I was then told to return in 30 min. When I returned I was told to return in another hour which wasn't possible. They refused to deliver my meds. I went on-line to request delivery, and was dissed by the chat person who disconnected me while I was still typing. I tried to file a complaint several times, and I was unable to submit it.

At Woodland Walgreens DC IO’s, HR and Managers are not helpful at all. They treat their employees as hostile. When the employees have issue they go to their manager. The manager don’t fix the issue but makes it bigger. If the employees go to the IO’s they take the manager side. So then the manager retaliating against the employee and the IO retaliates against the employee makes it bigger issues. If the employees go’s to HR they try’s to Fire the employee. Walgreen is a hostile place to work for. And discrimination place to work for.

The Walgreens in Hallandale Beach, FL does not care how long you have to stand in line. The pharmacy checkout can have a line with six people waiting with a clerk that disappears for up to 5 minutes at a time. I was second in line and stood there for 25 minutes! When I left there was still the one slow clerk.

Terrible experience

Walgreens just refused me a covid-19 test that I had gotten a confirmation for because they did not show it in their records. This is VERY inconvenient for me. They should not advertize this service if they are not going to provideit. CVS came thru for me.

I just had a procedure at a hospital using a local anethetic. This is not uncommon and as soon as the local anethetic wears off , you have major pain. The hospital prescribes heavy pain killers. And Walgreens does not say we are out of what you are prescribing. So I end up in immense pain and suffering because you failed to stock Amoxcyillin and Norco. This is beyond terrible service . Change your evil ways. It's ok to fess up . It's not ok to hide about it.
