Tried to purchase a few items that had large yellow stickers indicating "ON SALE NOW" Guess what? Walgreens put these signs up when it is convenient for their staff - even when the items are not on sale yet. So when you go to buy them, they expect you to pay the regular price. I am pretty sure this is called "FALSE ADVERTISING". And the manager told me it's standard policy. Very shady business practice at best. They just lost another customer.

Today in the hospital the nurse told me he already send the prescription to Walgreens on 17 st in Allentown pa , I decided wait 1 hour in my mother house , then i go to the pick up area and the pharmacist toll me the prescription is not ready if i want go to my house and come back in another hour , i have an infection in my left leg and dont make me sense that she told me , im waiting for my medicine about 2 and half hour it’s ridiculous

It took us 3 phone calls and 2 stops to get my medicine, 1st they said I couldn't get til august, 2nd phone call she told me I picked it up on June 30th, funny Dr didn't call it in until July 1st 3rd phone call said Dr had to approve it.we stop 3 hrs after Dr called and it wasn't ready. I think I need a new pharmacy

I've been getting my prescriptions at rite aide for years, but that was recently switched over to Walgreens. I signed up for calls/texts about prescriptions. They called and texted almost CONSTANTLY. I only pick up once or twice a month. Yet, they'd call me about out of stock meds, delays, etc, which there always were. They will switch my manufacturers back and forth, and even gave me a med from a manufacturer that had been deemed not clinically beneficial and the FDA has had a case on this since 2014. I opted out of calls during one of their calls by pressing 7, so I only got texts. A day later, they're calling again! But, this time, the message does not say "press 7 to opt out of calls" it now tells you to call their 1800 #. I had already opted out! They called me once during this very review! Throughout the 3 months this has been a Walgreens, from looking at my call logs, they called me on average 5 x per week. Disgusting and not even borderline harassment at this point.

Walgreens pharmacy in Manahawkin NJ is the worst firstly they never have anything ready on time EVER even when u get the automated calls & show up to get your script. SECONDLY THE PHARACIST THINKD HE IS MY DOCTOR? Can someone please tell tge pharmacist his job is to fill my scripts my doctor writes my scripts im sick of them questioning thr drugs my md. Orders me its NONE of your business

I wondered how the pharmacist allowed employees to be so rude and unhelpful until I spoke to her and realized she was worse!

It is shocking how Walgreens’ service can be so consistently bad no matter which one one goes. The employees are invariably rude, take forever, ignore the customer and disrespect you at any opportunity. My latest experience is happening now at 509 W Hallandale Beach Boulevard with Erika Pharmacy Technician. Waited for 35 min in the covid test drive thru line, having arrived 10 min before my appointment. When the lady finally shows up in the window, she is super rude; insists with me that i was late, does not say sorry; barks orders; horrible experience, as usual. All that while a huge line of people honking behind me. I frankly do not know how Wallgreens stays in business in a time when cust service is everything. It must be just due to convenience. This company’s leaders should be ashamed.
