I wish I could leave no stars. Their pharmacy used to be a decent place, but may be the single worst pharmacy in existence today. You can't talk to anybody at the location instead you get a person in a call center. They also send all my perscriptions to an outside facility to be filled even when the doctor office calls, It can take 2-4 days to get the medicine from the outside facility unless I drive to the pharmacy and ask to have it filled and then its another hour. Maybe they should just fully go out of business and end this misery. They absolutely suck as a pharmacy. Time to go somewhere else.

Very poor customer servive. Customer representatives when you call their 800 numbers dont help you at all. They are lazy helping you what you need about your inquiry and useless. You will not be able get the help that you need.

They ask you if you want a prescription filled but then take their sweet time filling it. It could be days later. Their phone service is terrible. I've been on hold for over 20 minutes now. I need my prescriptions but they don't seem to care. BAD SERVICE!!!

You do not even deserve one star. Rude pharmacy workers. Sub par hours and they never have my prescription in stock even though I’ve been getting it there for years. I’m done.

very messy process. lack of technical support. missing fields on user interface. after three hours order was canceled without notification.....don't waste your time.

I believe the pharmacy is getting a kick back. My percription price has changed every time I go there. I’m done with Walgreens!

Walgreens Peabody corner of main and park st really suck. need to get employees that know what the doing. my doctor sent a prescription over at 12:15. has confirmation that it was delivered and they say they don’t have it. was on hold for over 30 minutes then phone disconnected. now here and say they still don’t have it. had to call the doctors office again. now waiting at Walgreens for my doctors office to call me back about this. also this is not the first or second time I’ve had this happen.

Its SAD, I dont accustom writing reviews. But, the company can benefit from them. I was very disappointed, when picking up photos, there was no one at the counter. When I able to call an associate " through the 2 way glass" she came out and told me that someone would right away. As I glands Over, THAT someone, walked right by in front of I said, I'll be right back. WELL, a total of approximately 10 minutes when by. NOW, there's 4 other customers waiting. I raise my voice to ask for help, then a gentleman finally helped. I will NOT return to this store.
