Walgreens employees are allowed to deny lifesaving medication to a woman that suffered the tragedy of a miscarriage because that same medication is sometimes used for abortion. A large percentage of pregnancies tragically end in miscarriage. To deny these women the ability to not then enter a state of septic which could end in death of the mother is sick. Walgreens should no longer be allowed to fill subscriptions with this misogynistic and life threatening policy.

I feel that it is inappropriate that Your customer service cashiers have the nerve to make fun of a customer but can’t greet any customer when they enter. they don’t greet the customers but can follow me around like I’m gonna steal. I was thinking of investing but I will not do so until it is properly staffed I would think of restarting this location and that’s unacceptable completely. The homosexual Asian actually charged my card twice and told me that the transaction was declined I looked at my statement and it was charged twice so I think that he should be terminated.

When you call and want to speak with a real person in the pharmacy, your put on hold for about 5 minutes. Then someone picks up and put the phone on hold again. This happens over and over again. I’ve held on for over 20 mins numerous of times and this is what happens.

They deactivated my online pharmacy account WITH ALL MY FAMILY'S PRESCRIPTION INFO AND WAS BASICALLY TOLD NOTHING. I was like I want my account back... I have 2 accounts with same name and phone number and apparently since the deactivated account had my maiden name I can't access it anymore...? What. The rep I spoke too offered ZERO help. No suggestions. Not a damn apology when I expressed irritation about losing my pharmacy account. Like I'm sketched out. I've never had an account that I regularly use get deleted by a site... I logged on several times a month for god's sake. Got no answers. Really tempted to switch to an independent pharmacy but the Walgreens is in walking distance so... Ugh. I'm becoming very disenchanted with Walgreens.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. Terrible customer services. My doctor sent my prescription over there, I checked MyCharts, and it was…one pharmacist said they had my prescription, and I needed to speak to someone about getting my information, waited 25 minutes on the phone just for someone to pick up and hang up…called back, another pharmacist said they didn’t have my prescription or anything on fill…so I called my doctor which said it was sent over there last week… How are these pharmacist still working there, with TERRIBLE customer service skills? I’d rather drive all the way to Greenville to one of those Walgreens instead of this hell hole. Thanks Walgreens, awesome job.

I am a Walgreens frequent shopper. I shop at Walgreens at least 10 times a month. Approximately at 11:40 PM, Saturday the 10th of July, my father who is diabetic was not feeling well; and unfortunately the day before his glucose level reader broke. Me knowing that Walgreens closes at 12:00AM and I live only 0.6 miles away from the nearest Walgreens which is on the corner of 8th street homestead fl; I would have made it on time. I arrived at Walgreens at 11:55 PM. I saw a customer go in to use the ATM as I was approaching, an employee locked the door. I thought since it was so late only one person was to go in and out at a time so I waited. The customer left at 11:57 PM, the employee refused to let me in. I always shop at Walgreens, so I know where whatever I need is, so it would have taken me a maximum of 2 minutes to get in and get out but Ms. Maria Menendez refused to let me in. I was forced to drive to a Walgreens 10.7 miles away to get what I needed. When I got back home my fathers glucose level was so high, he had to be hospitalized from Saturday until Monday morning. Because of laziness, Ms. Maria Menendez could have cost my father his life, and I know that is not what Walgreens stand for.

Called the pharmacy and was put on hold for over a half and hour and then they hung up on me. Called back and was placed on hold for over an hour and still no luck. Went to the store and spoke to the senior pharmacist with no luck. She said there very busy. No apology. What happened to customer service. Was told my savings program had expired. Wrong! The carrier had changed. Every time I try and pick up my meds its a hassle. I'll never go there again.. You get a text saying your meds are ready for pick up but when you get to the pharmacy there not ready. Have a seat and they'll be ready in an hour if your lucky. Do not get your prescriptions filled here.

After making a purchase at my local store in Advance NC I returned to my vehicle to discover it would not start. I go back in the store to ask to use the telephone. The gentleman just plainly said no. After speaking with the Manager I was allowed to use the phone. The one time I actually needed help though customer service, they failed miserably.
