I used to get my scripts from Walgreens simply because they were the closest place available. At the time I was dealing with some major health issues and had no insurance so they gave me their discount. As time went on, I knew I wasn't getting better and my doctor told me to get disability. Eventually I was approved and I gave my info to Walgreens expecting to pay a lot less. But I truly didn't know much about Medicare so I had no idea what I would pay. So I continued to pay the bills they gave me but I didn't see any discount. So after quite some time I asked them why I was paying so much only to find they NEVER CHANGED ANYTHING!! When they found out they had been overcharging me, they didn't offer me an opology, a refund...nothing!And I probably got billed over a thousand bucks! I was barely making ends meet with a new baby with major health problems. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Called to get a FLU TEST to 5 different Walgreens in Tampa all stated "we don't have a flu test" it's not the season (some said). All offered a Covid test ;-( Forget the time I was on hold for South Tampa (3 calls - 50 minutes)

On July 17, I visited our local Walgreens store at 4502 South College Avenue in Fort Collins, Colorado. I wanted to return 3 spray cans of Neutrogena Sun Block that was recalled by the manufacturer due to Benzine contamination. Benzene is a known cancer-causing substance. I brought the cans to the clerk at the front of the store who then brought the Manager to the cash register to handle the refund. To my great surprise, the Manager offered to refund the product at only 50% of the purchase price. He claimed that since I did not have the receipt, I could not prove what I had paid for the product. After some discussion, he raised his offer to the “lowest price during the past 30 days”. I do not know what I paid for the product, most likely full price. This action by Walgreens is totally unacceptable as well as dishonest. I have little doubt that Walgreens is being fully compensated by the product manufacturer when they in turn return it back to Neutrogena. To profit from refunding a recalled cancer-causing product at 50 cents on the dollar is simply wrong.

It'd be nice if they would tell me that they are out of of my pain meds & "not sure" when they would be getting any more in, I waited 2 weeks...!!! I was told to try another place... All they have to do is tell us, instead of waiting till I show up, I could have taken care of this... Never going there again. JUST LET PEOPLE KNOW!!

The website is garbage. When I search an item, I get text and maybe one or two photos. Can’t see the items. Navigating is frustrating. Searching is a joke. I ordered and items that said were in the store, were not. For instance, I ordered Children’s Tylenol, said it was in stock at my store. It wasn’t. To choose a substitute, no pictures come up, only text, so in the instruction box I wrote “any cherry brand.” Nothing. Not in my order. I called the store and I can’t substitute it, have to place a new order. I guess if they don’t have that item, then I’ll keep clicking on blank boxes and hope that they have something in stock. It’s hit or miss. You can’t trust the site if it says they have something in stock. Other pharmacies have a much, much better site for ordering online. This one makes my hair hurt. Good luck.
