I have been in Walgreens since 2008 I recently purchased property in Harrisville WV. The pharmacist,Renee, Has no people skills and does not care that she doesn’t. I agonize Over the working conditions that the employees endure. I am in the process now of moving my account ($5,000+) to Bridgeport pharmacy.

YOU’RE GOING TO WANT TO READ THIS! I had a refill left on my antibiotic prescription for Levaquin 250mg 1 daily for Urinary Tract Infection #14 with a refill. My Doctor advised me I could take it for active treatment of recurrent Urinary Tract Infections or 1 tablet preventatively before long travel for work. My refill was expired, so I asked the male pharmacist working at 825 Timber Drive in Garner today, on 8/1/21, to fax my Doctor for a renewal. The Pharmacist literally REFUSED to send a refill request to my Doctor saying that it was within his professional rights not to contribute to antibiotic misuse! Even after I explained about the preventative treatment, he still refused and said those directions weren’t written on the prescription. After I talked to the the Store Shift Lead, she went to speak with the Pharmacist and asked him to send the request to the Doctor. This time he said there was a technical glitch and the computer system would not let him send the refill request. Wow! Just wow! When did Walgreens Pharmacists start REFUSING to fax Doctor’s for refills without having my full medical history? If my Dr. wants to refuse my prescription, that’s one thing. When did your Pharmacists become the Judge and Jury? PS - Your Pharmacist first told me he COULDN’T fax Doctors for antibiotic refills. Considering I’m a licensed NC Pharmacist myself, I called him out on making up fake laws! There’s no such law. Too bad one of my prescriptions alone costs $1500/month. I’m moving ALL my prescriptions, along with my other family members. Why would you intentionally block someone’s medical treatment, you weirdos?! That pharmacist needs to be FIRED!

every time I order online items get taken out at pickup when I already paid online and when I go to shop at Walgreens stores they are out of most of items and hardly never restock I dislike shopping there

Anyone else sick and tired of Walgreen pharmacy courtesy calls? I don't want them, tell them I don't want them, but they keep calling!!!

Walgreens on 2nd and Green st. in Henderson Ky is the worst pharmacy I have exp. In 40 yrs. They treat you like a drug addict when you call to have your meds filled on the day they are due,but wont fill them unless you call to ask, then they had the nerve today to ask me how many I take a day? Then telling me I just got them filled on the 2nd of July,then I had to explain to someone treating me like an addict how many I take a day, assuming I abuse my meds..when she was in the wrong & should be bright enough to know july had 31 days in it(meaning that it would be due on the 1st. They are always very rude, they have an attitude with everyone Ive heard them talk to. They constantly use the excuse they are waiting for insurance approval, or autherization for meds that have already been athorized until next year, or its they are out of stock for 2 weeks, and they arn't allowed to transfer the perscription. Its every perscription, every single month,not only mine but my husbands as well. Its a hassle, a run around, and all they do is lie constantly, I have recordings of it all, not sure if thats the way they treat all black people, but its a serious problem. If I am profiled one more time I will be contacting corperate, and a Lawyer.I have recordings from phone conversations that would put most workers out of a job.

BEWARE caution Walgreens is doing testing for coronavirus at it's drive-thrus putting the public in danger. Make sure you disinfect your hands car the medication bag and bottle debit card credit card. Before entering your home. Please call Walgreens and complain about this practice.

The most incompetent pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Apparently they have two mail orders pharmacies one called alliance and one for walgreens.com. When I called Walgreens I asked the woman for the phone number to the Walgreens mail order pharmacy. I didn't realize they were two different ones. She gave me the alliance number. I called the alliance pharmacy saying that I needed a prescription fiilled and was told they take my insurance so I gave the number to my doctor. I called back the next day and somebody else says no they don't take my insurance and that I called the wrong pharmacy. I need to call the walgreens.com pharmacy. So I called Walgreens.com pharmacy they said they would send a refill request to my doctor. It's been three days she said she never got it. Whenever I call them they give me a different answer for everything depending on who I talk to. When I log into the app my prescription status is totally different than what the website states. The app says my prescription is processing and the website says it is delayed. So which is it? The app will also list different prescriptions.Some are missing that are listed on the website. I will be dropping them as my pharmacy and will be using CVS Caremark from now on. Do not use their mail order pharmacy they are a mess, they don't know what they're doing, they do not care and they are incompetent.

I’ve been using the Walgreens on 2044 Lynnhaven parkway and I have to say that I am very disappointed with their lack of customer service. I brought my mom in for her medicine and they kept telling me 10 to 15 minutes for her medicine to be ready and I finally after an hour and half had to leave. They would not even give me an explanation. Now I came to get my sons medicine and my doctor had called it in and they did not have it ready and have made me wait another 30-40 minutes. Both times they had apple time to get it ready but still very rude when I asked about.
