I gave them my disposable camera to develop my film and it has now been 3 weeks and they told me it would take a week. Very disappointed in their customer service. They all say they don’t have any information or records on any shipment. They told me that my camera is lost and I’m very sad and mad.

Their covid testing is a joke. First time we had 3 appointments for testing, the system was down. Second time the system is down. THIRD Time finally get the test and it’s been 5 days so no results yet... Call the Lab, ok lab is closed. I won’t be setting foot in ANY of their stores for so much as even a candy bar. Not only is this ridiculous but it’s also shameful and utterly disgusting human behavior.

You should NOT allow covid testing in the drive thru!!!! I waited 30 minutes to pick up a prescription because a car in front of me had 4 kids they tested. Make an area inside for this so you do not screw everyone else. 🤬😡🤬😡

COVID-19 testing - they said a 24 hours turnaround, it took nearly 72 hours, so not in time to catch our international flights worth over $2500. This company is a disgrace. Do not get tested with Walgreens.

Do not go to Walgreens for Covid-19 test if you need a negative test before flying internationally. My wife had a 10:50 pm flight last Saturday and needed a negative covid test done at least 72 hours before the flight. She got tested Thursday morning. Walgreens claimed that the test would arrive at the testing facility withing 24 hours (a lie!). She received nothing on Friday like "we are working on it". Saturday morning she received the working on it message. Her test results came back after 2 am Sunday (half way thru her flight). She had to pay $179 at the airport for a test that came back in under a half hour. I'll never use Walgreens in Florida again for anything. Everything they said about the test timing was a lie!

Walgreens in Cape Coral Florida 6 del prado Blvd. This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever felt with. Every time I go there either my order is not ready after I have been notified that is is Or my order is not complete. This is a waste of my time. I am tired of this situation. My time may not have any value to Walgreens but it does to me. If this happens again I will be changing to anyone of your competitors. The problem is not with your employees at this location they are very professional and polite. The problem must be with management.

I am waiting at the prescription drive thru for 30mins!! What takes so long to pick up a script!! This is ridiculous! This is the worst pharmacy ever Believe or not - after finally getting to the window, they place a sign that they are closed - this is ridiculous !!

We used them for Covid test as we were traveling abroad. They took more than 2.5 days to deliver results. We missed our flight and ended up paying $1300 more and driving for a long 6 hrs to catch flight in another city. Do not use them for covid test if you are travelling.
