DO NOT GET YOUR COVID TEST AT WALGREENS. They do their labs through a company called Aegis Labs, who should be fired. I took a covid test, which took forever to take to begin with. It was suppose to be back in 24 hours (CVS gets results before 24 hours, in fact almost everyone can get results back in 24 hours). It has been 70 hours so far, stillllll waiting!!! Fire them!!!!

I made an appt.for my corona vaccine at the wallgreens on North Ave. Burlington vt. For 8-22-21. I drove 25 miles to get there only to get turned down for my shot. Why did they schedule this appt. With me to begin with if they were just gonna turn me down. This is bad management. I have an aggressive schedule and I'm not sure when I can make another appt. THANKS WALLGREENS AND I WILL TAKE ALL OF MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. ERIC GINGRAS.

We my wife and I tried Walgreens for a COVID test for a Hawaii trip. What a joke. They said we would get results in about 24 hours. The test lab was slow to get our sample and seemed to completely ignore us. We never got the test results in time for our flight. Do not use them!!!

I’m just going to tell you about my last two experience with Walgreens but I’ve been fed up with the drive-through. Last week I was in the drive-through to pick up my prescriptions that were already filled and prepaid and I waited in line 45 minutes because there was someone ahead of me taking a Covid test in the drive-through if Walgreen wants to be a clinic then be a clinic and not a pharmacist don’t do both and it’s not safe because you’re not cleaning the outside were the person that might have Covid is getting tested and the next person picking up the medicine is going to be touching the same things that were just touch. This evening my husband is a diabetic and his medicine is supposed to be on auto fill but he was completely out of his medicine and I had called the doctor and Walgreens to get his prescription filled and one for myself it took 2 1/2 hours and four trips around the Walgreen store to get our medicine. This is just completely unacceptable and if you have set up a prepaid and you got the app saying the medicine is ready for pick up and you paid for it why can’t you pick it up what’s the Xpress line for it just don’t make sense.

Do NOT go here for a covid test. They say 24 hour result, I’m on day 4 and still no results. At the North Monroe store in Tallahassee the guy in the pharmacy is a jerk and acts like you are bothering him. After waiting for 45 minutes, that was the icing on the cake. Will never use their pharmacy again.

Most frustrating experience at a pharmacy ever. Great job driving your business into the ground! I spent the night in the ER last night. I woke up today and went to Walgreens to get my prescriptions that were written over 10 hours ago by the ER doctor. I just wanted some relief from my symptoms. I waited in the drive through, uncomfortably for 30 min while they did covid testing for 1 the car in front of me, because the second drive through lane was out of order or something (blocked with road cones). After 30 min I drove around the car in front of me and went into the store thinking it would be faster. NOPE! waited for another 30 minutes in the indoor pharmacy line. Then when it's finally my turn at the window, I get told that it will be about 30 minutes till its ready. NOT ACCEPTABLE. The script was written and sent 10+ HOURS AGO. Meanwhile, there are 3 employees in the pharmacy that seemingly do nothing but watch other people work and run in circles. The testing and shots is overwhelming the business and they can't keep up with their original purpose, DISTRIBUTING MEDICINE. They obviously don't have the manpower to facilitate both aspects of the business. After today, I will never use Walgreens again. Sadly, Walmart, of all places, has better service. Walgreens won't see another cent from me or my insurance company on my behalf. Customer service is still a priority with some pharmacies. Too bad Walgreens isn't one of them.

I am 48 years old and have been dealing with Walgreens most of my life. I wanna be as truthful as possible. It is true that the time you spend at Walgreens especially the pharmacy is far to long. Even when you arrive at the pharmacy no one even seems like they wanna work. Staff moral is at a all time low. Can't blame it on the pandemic cause it was this way before that. It's the people that's at the bottom that do all the work and not the upper management. So whatever the problem is with why your employees are not happy and or acting lazy is up to you to find out. Otherwise I will always recommend another pharmacy to people I'm around.

Go elsewhere for your COVID shot. Corporate Walgreens understaffs and overworks some good people. Here’s a tip upper management, have your staff help one person at time. Otherwise, what happened to me and a few other people in line will keep happening, dragging your name through the mud. I waited 45 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment only to finally be handed the same paperwork I filled out last time. Staff asked me what I was waiting for 30 minutes after I checked in. I got lost in a hectic shuffle. Good people at Walgreens, but they need help.
