Question? WHAT IS GOING ON HERE???? The Tag Agencies in Oklahoma are by appointment only and you can’t get in until October. But if you need to refill the medications you have been on for several years,(In the system) Wal-greens will deny your (Doctor prescribed) refill over an expired I.D. Cold turkey, Doesn’t matter what it is. Good luck getting any help with that because they won't. I will never spend money at a Wal-greens again. Stop messing with MY health.

Absolute garbage. I need to get my Covid test results back that have been ready for hours but the site isn't working. Some real morons that decide to not have a backup way to get results for something so important. I will be a taking all my business for prescriptions and anything else I would need from here elsewhere.

I made an appointment at Walgreens in Brandon/Huffman, Anchorage, Alaska for my 3 children. 1 for covid vaccine and 2 for flu shots. There was 4 customers in line and I informed the pharmacist himself that we have an appointment. He said they don't honor appointments and these other customers possibly has appointments as well. The pharmacist came out, called out a "Heather" to administer her vaccine. I went back in line and the manager told me there won't be any vaccines available to give because they are short of staff and needs to tend the customers in line. I mentioned that when customers make an appointment to get vaccinated with a confirmation of their appointment, would it be more easier if they's at least invest a 10 second phone call to inform their scheduled customers that the pharmacy had no plans of vaccinating anyone today (although they did vaccinate others in front of me)? The manager said "we don't have 10- seconds to make phone calls and we don't have a staff to give out shots". Then why did the pharmacist come out to give a vaccine to Heather?? What's the point of making appointments and trying to stay healthy if Walgreens itself is not following the CDC recommendations of securing the spread of Covid 19 or influenza?? Also, there's a young blonde lady that works there who rolls her eyes every time I pick up my prescription and I asked her if she's having a bad day. I am already in pain with migraine because of my tumor in my head. She's always unpleasant to deal with.l I am never going back to Walgreens.

I wish I could give them a minus star.. After 2 weeks. Everyday the medication will be here..They lost the script 3 times. 3 Times my doctor had to send it back electronically. How do u lose an electronic script. Then it was, the medicine is out of stock. 4 times they were filling it only to send a message something went wrong.. A large chain like this you would not believe this could happen..I don’t think a worse drug store exist.. Walgreens should be ashamed. They are messing with peoples lives.. Please don’t learn the hard way ,, They are horrible. Yesterday my husband left with their promise, “ we’re filling it now” Only to now say “ it’s out of stock “. Please I am a very sickly senior and a different excuse everyday for 2 weeks. The 24 hours is why we stayed. The bad service is why we’re leaving.

I got a Covid19 PCR (swab) test at Walgreens on Aug. 23rd. Their website said to expect a 1 to 2 Day turnaround. Walgreens ships test samples to Aegis labs in Nashville, TN. My sample took 3 days to arrive in Nashville and then Aegis took two days to test and publish my result. I will never use Walgreens for any services again. I went to UCHealth for a Covid test and got results back in one day.

Do NOT USE Walgreens for Covid PCR testing. They contract with PWNHealth and cannot deliver it within 72 hours required by most airlines and International Travel. We had two tests done same time in St. Charles, Missouri (Wife, myself) and only my wife's showed up. We are now retesting with CVS and waiting at a hotel at USA/Canada Border for results. I have used both over the past 18 months, CVS is fast and I expect it in less than 24 hours. NO SUPPORT AT ALL from WALGREENS/PWNHealth

What a horrid place to do business. I placed an online order, went to pick it up.... clerk could not find it. When I asked to have order shipped, I was transferred from person to person, and the last clerk hung up on me. I'd avoid doing business with them.

Walgreens pharmacy is the worst ever when it come to answering customer calls. I called because I wanted to change my appointment for my 2nd shingles shot. After going through the recording to get to speak to the pharmacy in place me in a call cue say, "they are answering other calls right now and someone would be with me shortly." After waiting for over 30 minutes between hearing music and in the call cue and the phone ringing back and forth the call dropped and they hung up on me! I called two different locations in High Point NC one near N Main Street and the other off Wendover Ave and got the same terrible service. I am taking my immunization business elsewhere from now on.
