i ordered magnetic frames online. by mistake chose the Walgreens a half hour walk away. they refused to change it so i took a car service over a half hour after they said it would be ready it wasnt came two days later they said the system broke down the day before and they did not have my frames i asked them if they can transfer to a different Walgreens they refused till i said i was going to write a review they finally agreed to switch it got to the other store they said they dont have magnetic frames ill get a different item at a discount they then changed their mind a half hour later

I’ve been coming here to Walgreens at# 02458 7802 Wurzbach Road San Antonio Texas 78229 since since 2010 but this is the first time I’m gonna file a complain for bad service and rudeness of a staff name Brian. I came today September 5, 2021 at around 2:30 pm. I came in with 2 male staff talking and laughing. I went strait to the counter without being greeted nor acknowledged. I was directed to go to middle counter as no one was in it by Brian. I ask for the Item I’m buying. But Brian did not heared nor understood me that I have to repeat myself three times. When I’m done paying he did not even gave my receipt that I have to ask for it without appreciating my business, no eye contact and no thank you. I come here to this Walgreens in weekly basis and this the first time I was actually served by Brian and it was a bad service. I never had this type of service since I’m been a patron since 2010 and this is the first time I wrote a complain. I hope the Walgreens management should look into this and get the attention of Brian because it’s a bad business to them. And to you Brian you should be ashamed of your self, you don’t own the place and act accordingly we patron keep the business running. And if you don’t care leave that job. Shame on you.

Just want to warn people do not trust them for PCR Covid test results if needed in a timely fashion. I needed results for travel from a test no sooner than 72 before travel. Travel was set for 4PM Saturday and I scheduled my test for Wednesday 9:45 AM (78 hours in advance of travel). I did not get result until the following Tuesday!!!!!!!!!!! Be forewarned!! My travel companion went to CVS on Wednesday at 1PM and had the results by 3PM Thursday (26 hours later)

Might look into selling short on stock if you know how. This company is in a downward spiral. No 24 hours ones. Used Alliance RX plus prime. A Walgreens something I had an rx sent there. Online they said that they would not let me speak with a pharmacist. They had it in review with a pharmacist online. Then I called again they asked if I needed and I said yes it is for seizures and one and done. They rush shipped it what a mess. The in person ones are stopping filling so many medications at the store and I feel it is unsafe for emergencies because they don’t have meds needed fast for emergencies.

I have been a LONG time customer..for 2 days i have been unable to get my meds..stores in Salisbury , maryland have been locked down..nothing..noone in or out and noone taking calls including corporate..how about people who are really ill needing their meds..i drive 20 mins one way to go and been denied twice. I WILL BE LEAVING WALGREENS DUE TO HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE ON ALL FRONTS AND I WILL POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA AS WELL..BIGGER THEY ARE HARDER YOU WILL FALL. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC NOT TO MENTION THE ONE GIRL WAS RUDE

I get messages that prescriptions are ready for pick up, wait in long lines to pick them up only to be told they have to order them. Over and over again. I have been given the wrong prescription twice in two months. This pharmacy is unsafe.

Living in Rahway I used the services of Wegmnas Pharmacy and the care was excellent. Upon moving I transferred my medications to this pharmacy. Every month there were always problems, I am only going to tell what happened last month but the cases were similar. I order my medications online but they don't give me one of them. After 3 days I request it again and this time they tell me that they called my doctor to ask for the referral. I ask again online, I was unsuccessful and they didn't even call me to tell me what was happening. I called my doctor and she assures me that they sent the referral 10 days ago, I go to the pharmacy and tell them that they already have the referral and there in my presence they just noticed and confirmed that it was, that I would wait 10 minutes for my medicine, but then they tell me that they don't have it in stock and that they have the market brand but to go to another branch because they didn't have it there. These people are managing people's health and they don't have even a modicum of dedication and love for their work. I do not recommend this pharmacy. They should learn about the Wegamns Pharmacy service.

If I could give Walgreens 0 stars I would. I made a appointment to get my Covid test for my cruise on Wednesday. Drive over a HOUR to get there. My appointment was at 445, I got there at 420. I waited in line until 530!!! Got to the counter for them to tell me “sorry you’re going to have to reschedule because it’s too late to have the test done.” So then I make a appointment for the next day. Drove another HOUR got my test done. I got a email at 430 saying my results are in to just click the link to view results. Turns out the website is down and has been 5 hours. I have called customer service five times each time I get the same answer. “Just wait a hour and it will be back online.” Well now my cruise is tomorrow I got have my results still and I will be paying on a cruise that I didn’t even go on for 6 months. So fuk Walgreens. Fukkkkkkkk yalllllllllllllll
