I need to file a discriminatory complaint with Walgreens YET I can not get ahold of Walgreens corporate. I have valid insurance and was denied and lied to by a male pharmacist who claimed my insurance would not pay for my needles which I knew for a fact it did. I have made a mail order and said my insurance covered it and I only had to pay $6. So the pharmacist had no right denying my insurance or my discount card trying to make me pay full price! I need CORP to reach out to me ASAP as this is not all that been happening.

Tried to get an at-home covid test kit. Ordered it online for in-store pickup. I found out that he store is temporarily closed but they took my order anyway. Their customer service just sent me back to the closed store, insisting I was wrong about the store being closed. So I no ability to cancel my order and get my money back. Completely incompetent fools.

Where do I even begin. It's so awful. The app, the pharmacy, honestly it's crazy. Basically the app never works and it's not up to date even after refreshing its always crashing and making me log in every single time even if I have saved my info. Been waiting on a medication for a week for my senior mother, this is the second time it had happened with the same drug. Finally get it in and now waiting 2 hrs for it to be filled after they are aware we have been waiting on this medication. Talked to pharmacy associate at 4 said be ready in an hr now going on 2 hrs. I understand there is a labor shortage but if you have been waiting on a drug for a week they should prioritize that and send it thru asap. It's ridiculous that I have to keep checking the app and calling up there to see when it's going to be ready. In the meantime calming my mama down worring she won't have her medication when she needs it tomorrow because all we have left it todays. Remember we've been waiting for a week for the pharmacy to receive this drug. The associate literally said we order it everyday but they just don't send it. They who?????? Yall pride yourself in customer service and support but you stunk at it. Shape up or this customer is gonna ship out! 👋👋👋

Who is the webmaster? Walgreens.com is just maddening.

The WORST. Unprofessional

To be one of the biggest chain retail pharmacies in America you would think this store would hire more help in the pharmacy area! They have always made me wait and they have room for more employees! They are always busy and they are always making their customer wait!

I am disabled and waiting for 25 min standing up at the window to get my scheduled appointment for my 2cnd covid vaccine. Terrible customer service.

Good place to go if you like being told you have a 10 min wait to pick up prescriptions that are ready…. Only to wait 50 min
