Walgreens told me my life saving medication (prescriptions) was delayed due to the medication was “out of stock”. The pharmacy informed me they would have my medication “in stock” in two days; three days later they are now saying they can order it and it will be in next week. Either they are grossly incompetent or they just flat out tell you untruths. Either way I’m done using Walgreens. Ps.. this is the second month in a row my life saving medication was relayed by Walgreens.

WORST SERVICE EVER. ON THE PHONE THERE IS NO HELP, YOU CAN WAIT FOR HOURS. OVER EMAIL, YOU WILL NEVER GET AN ANSWER. MY EXPERIENCE REGARDING COVID19 VACCINATION CARD I DID TRAVEL TO SOUTH AMERICA AND FORGOT MY CARD. CALLED 7 TIMES, RESPONSE FROM WALGREENS ASSOCIATED WAS " NO, WE CANNOT PROVIDE YOU WITH A VACCINATION CARD OVER EMAIL". APPLICATION DO NOT WORK AND WEB SITE IS AWFUL. DONT LOOSE YOUR TIME WITH THIS CRAPPY PHARMACY. THEY JUST WANT YOU MONEY, ZERO SERVICE.

As far as pharmacy's go, these people are responsible for the worst experience in my life in regards to having a medication filled. I'm disgusted with this place and not only do I intend on never stepping a good I one again, but will lobby steadily in opposition of this place.

Went for a simple covid vaccine. Had an appointment but still waited for 45 minutes(happened with both vaccines). It's like they aren't staffed at all to do the vaccines. Absolutely suggest going elsewhere if possible.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Getting a hold of a pharmacy representative is like trying to find Waldo or the wizard in the Wizard of Oz. It is challenging and once you reach them they continue to put you on hold and then they often hang up on you. The pharmacy reps apparently know that the phone will hang up the call after they answer the call and place you on hold. Just this morning I have tried reaching Walgreens in Miami for over 74 minutes to no avail. I called their customer complaint line only to be placed on hold with a notice that it will take them 15 minutes to reach my call.I am still waiting after 18 minutes. I doubt it will happen. They are obviously overwhelmed and Walgreens has apparently too many customers. Quality customer service is not a priority and others should be made aware that I am reluctantly writing as a 29 plus year customer who has seen the level of service diminish year after year at Walgreen's. It is extremely disappointing because I have been a faithful customer. This will change as I have heard that Walmart, Publix and CVS offer better customer service. I would rarely file a bad review and only do so because it is dangerous to depend on Walgreen's for time-sensitive medications. Their actions speak louder than words. I hope their Management take constructive criticism well. I am loyal to the brands that I use, but all customers have a threshold as to how much they can take from a company that becomes dismissive. Please note that this is not a one time or two or three o four time incident. This is an accumulation of numerous times where the Walgreen's communication system has broken down. While they have pleasant people who work there, they are obviously overwhelmed or have not been sufficiently trained to handle a high volume of calls. This is where improving the process would help. Walgreen's should hire a quality control team to evaluate how it can communicate more effectively with its customers. Perhaps a system like the airlines where when they are too busy, they schedule an approximate time to call back within reason. Truly disappointed.

Walgreens in Edinburg, Texas, on 9/10/2021 at 3:17 pm, called to the PHARMACY department and was placed on hold for 12 minutes then I heard someone picked up the line and instantly hung up the phone. the second time no one answered for another 9 minutes and the line was hung again. Laziness is synonymous with low integrity and this applies to this Pharmacy.

Absolutely the worst place to do business

Shipped to old addresses. What is the point of updating your Walgreens.com address on your profile then, before ordering? Might as well not. Never bother with Walgreens.com again.
