I can't understand how a pharmacy can stay in business when they rarely complete an order competently. I would like a new option to hold WALGREENS responsible for ALL the pain and suffering THEY have caused EACH and EVERY time they FAIL, AGAIN! If I can legally quantify the pain and stress they have caused me, my immediate family and anyone else willing to testify, a specialty WRATH from a book known as old testament is the closest thing toward compensation possible. I'm talking plagues, locusts and stopping just short of first born male. Wrap it all up in a class action lawsuit and liquidate all assets to be distributed equally amongst all claimants. I'm beyond caring about posting rules and being NICE! Do not lead me along, waste my time and allow untold suffering by giving expectations of a filled prescription to sustain a better quality of life and then repeatedly dropping the ball. Relying on an entity named Walgreens is a mistake I will make no more. Sorrow I will allow for the next person that places Walgreens as my in network option in front of me. Apologize, I will in advance for a future PTSD blowup. That will be one person that may think twice about invoking the company that shall not be named. Down with the ship and take the Capt. with it.

I had scheduled a covid shot with Walgreens in Thomasville, AL. That was my first mistake. My 2nd mistakes was showing up 10 minutes early just in case there was any paperwork to complete. When I arrived, the pharmacy had signs up stating the the lobby area was closed by that the drive through was open. A young girl came out and said that they had several people call in sick and that they only had one person working. That wasn't so bad, however, it was her rude attitude that has prompted this poor review. Another young girl came out, I suppose this was the pharmacist, she told me that I could reschedule and was also very short with me. I asked her if they tried to contact me and they said they did. I asked how they knew they contacted me if they didn't even know my name? The truth of the matter is that they did not contact me, by phone or email. They could have easily left a message. The problem is that they think they are too good to leave a message. They were rude and gave the indication that their time was more valuable than mine. I will not be returning to Walgreens for anything! This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with them. It will, however, be the last. My rating of the pharmacy is a Negative 100 STARS!!!!!

Am I seriously the only one that thinks it's complete idiocy for Walgreens to do covid testing in the drive-through where everyone else comes through and touches stuff! Nothing like going to Walgreens to get cough medicine and leaving with covid this is the stupidest idea I have ever seen I don't even feel comfortable picking up my prescriptions

There should be a 0 star. I am finished with Walgreens. The customer service is appalling. I recently spent 4 and 1/2 hours on multiple phone calls to the pharmacy to address a 'technical error' that delayed prescriptions. When I show up to get my meds, I wait 45 minutes in line for the pharmacy counter. There were 5 people in front of me. It was clear the counter person was havin trouble finding orders. I get to the counter and as I had observed. My third prescription wasn't found until multiple attempts to 'track it down' in the bins. This has become a 'normal' routine at the pharmacy. Additionally, I had placed a pickup order of items. I was handed a bag which I didn't check as I was now late for work appointments. I get home that evening and discover that several items were missing. I won't even go into details of my conversations with Walgreens Customer Service or ultimately the particular store. I had to go back the next day to get the rest of my order. Unbelievable frustration and the breaking point that has resulted in my pulling my prescriptions from Walgreeens and going elsewhere. Quality of service is unacceptable.

It is with disgust that I'm writing this review about Walgreens in uncasville. The head pharmacist Ricky, who was very nice very helpful was demoted for reasons I don't know. He ended up quitting this past Wednesday of September. He left with a tear in his eye. Some of those girls working behind the counter need an attitude adjustment. Some are very rude but Ricky was always very nice and soft-spoken he always defused a customers anger issue. I was one of those customers because I get call after call after call go down there and nothing is ready. I would like to switch but it's more convenient to be at Walgreens. They should bring rite aid back or Brooks. We got the Walgreens in Norwich we don't need this one and they're 🐂 Very disgusted with you Walgreens and have been since you moved in and I'm not the only one. Just look at your reviews.

I'd leave a negative star if I could. The worst customer service of any pharmacy in the area. Ordered a prescription in the morning for late afternoon pickup, got there around 6pm and it wasn't ready. Told they were busy, come back in an hour. I come back 3 hours later and told it's not ready and would probably need to come back tomorrow. Then another employee tells me they can fill it, but she 'just came back from being off for a week and they're very busy and to take a seat...' serious attitude since I'm the one being inconvenienced. Waited another 15 minutes until my order was filled. Liked the location because it's close to home, but definitely not worth it. STAY AWAY!!!

I'm a 15 year customer of Walgreens who now has to fight with them every month due to errors in filling my prescriptions. The errors are theirs, but they won't admit it. Was on hold twice tonight for a total of 34 minutes trying to resolve a shortage in a medication I just picked up. Was told they would get the balance ready for me and stated whoever filled the original order didn't know how many vials were in a box and assumed it was complete. That's scary! They are always stating my meds are out of stock or delayed for insurance issues every month. I am not surprised to see all the negative reviews. I thought it was just me. They really need a complete reorganization in their pharmacy procedures.
